After a month I was still having the same issues, when I called they wouldn't answer the phone and they are yet to call me back after leaving multiple messages. I finally had to call someone else whow came out and had to replace the D box again and cleaned the fingers. I would not recommend Payless to anyone if you want quality work and good customer service!
