Right away the main well pump motor that they installed brand new had a problem with it they had to come back multiple times to fix it I told him I wanted a new one. The plumber that was supervising the job told them in writing that I needed a new pump, they denied it he had to come back repeatedly to make a minor adjustment on the pump he showed me the adjustment barely a quarter turn of a screwdriver so over the weekend it did it again I did what he said adjusted it barely a quarter turn and because of that they canceled my warranty and now they refuse to service me. I don't know the time patience or money to sue them, but I would suggest you go to a different plumber. Oh and by the way they said I needed a new well dug and that was the reason the pump wasn't working. Guess what I got another plumber he put a new pump in I have not had a problem with it since.

What exactly is the point of making an appointment if you can't honor the time you gave the customer? I could have kept my other appointments instead of rearranging my work schedule and losing money to be home for an appointment that ultimately wasn't going to happen. I understand being busy.
