Nick, the owner, usually answers the phone and is always pleasant and helpful. I was able to ask him a lot of questions to see if we can determine what the cause might be for not having enough hot water. We requested someone come over to see why we did not have enough hot water, CJ and Dalton came. Both these men were courteous, friendly, and knew their work! They found the problem and answered all our questions. They were honest. It was determined that a handyman we used to fix a leak four years ago must have accidentally switched the positions of the hot and cold water hoses behind our clothes washer. So, when I washed with what I thought was cold water, hot water was really coming out. Since the men were here,we also asked them to change our water valves to make it easier for us to turn off water in an emergency and they did that. We also showed them what we thought was a leak in the toilet of one of the bathrooms and they fix that too. Their attitude was great. They took care of everything for us The bill for the amount of time they were here, their supplies and valves was very reasonable. They installed our hot water heater two years ago and now they helped us with the plumbing behind our washer. We've been 100% pleased with their work each time. I definitely recommend All About Plumbing and will use them again for all our plumbing issues.

I am elderly and can't get down under the house to keep an eye on things down there. I asked if he could put a sensor on the replacement tank that would alert me when there was a problem. He came up with a MUCH BETTER idea! He put the new tank in a closet up here in the house so I can monitor and turn off the water supply any time I need. I will also be able to change the sediment filter and UV light bulb. And I can purchase those supplies from Kris so I don't have to go out to the store to get them. All the sediment that was stirred up by the constant water flow also affected my hot water heater. Kris and his assistant replaced that too. We were able to hire a plumber of our choice but had to get an invoice and wait for approval before work could begin. If we went ahead with the work without approval, we would be on the hook for everything. Alex was extremely patient and understanding of our situation and while waiting for approval went above and beyond to stop the flooding and ensure no further flooding would occur until we got approval from the warranty company. He stayed until he was sure we were out of the woods. Needless to say, he fixed our sump pump issue, and we haven't had any since. Since then, we unfortunately have had other issues with our plumbing and without hesitation he is the first and only person we call. Alex has pulled our fat out of the fire now on MULTIPLE occasions. He has come on short notice, at the end of his day when I know he would normally be going home because he knew we were in a bad situation and once stayed until 10pm because he was determined to find the issue and resolve it. He was also our go to when we wanted a water softener and house filter installed. He explained in detail and demonstrated how the system works and told us to call if we had any further questions. When your air is out with 90 or 100 degree weather, it's crucial to find a dependable company. My system was completely out of refrigerant due to a broken piece. My children pets & I had experience great heat for two months prior, as Absolute Hvac Guys LLC continually did not show up for their scheduled appointments and kept prolonging things claiming they had to order a part they don't carry... No show, no call or text - no consideration of one's time when they said they would be here to complete the work. I was especially worried about my birds who could have died. The other company is who installed the system only one year ago and it waa under warranty. The tech from Johnson & Johnson said the company should have made it a priority especially if they had installed it, and if their company had installed it and it had any issues arise, they would have fixed it immediately. I felt validated and he eased my fusteration. I saw another review on Yelp with a woman who experienced a similar situation with that other company too. When my landlord called Johnson & Johnson, we received a quick response...came out same day!! That's when I encountered what can only be described as the most unprofessional, rude, and downright hostile "Office Manager" I've ever dealt with. From the second she answered the phone, her tone was nasty and combative. All I was trying to do was confirm the new appointment and ask about bringing some additional supplies for the technician to review. Instead, she started making sarcastic remarks about pricing, cut me off repeatedly, and acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking basic scheduling questions. Then, in what felt like a spiteful tantrum, she confirmed my appointment for today--only to call back moments later, talk over me again, hang up on me mid-sentence, cancel the appointment, and send the technician home. All within the span of a few minutes. It's clear from other negative reviews that I'm not the first person to be treated this way by her. This level of customer hostility is unacceptable and seriously damaging to the business. If the owners care at all about their reputation, they need to address this person's behavior immediately. She's single-handedly driving customers away.
