The Regular, being the smaller size option, is at least as substantial as what you'd get from Subway, for example. But the quality is miles above. They have a slicer to cut all the cold cuts in-house. All of the ingredients in my sandwich were fresh and delicious, and I loved the way the flavors complimented each other.
