We were pressed for time and were unable to make a decision, but will definitely return. The store is extremely well laid out and has better stock than most Louis Vuitton stores. We appreciate premium goods and services. This Louis Vuitton location and the staff embody the essence of the brand.

I really wanted to wear them to my cousins wedding and this shop came recommended. I originally thought the strap needed to be shortened, but the staff suggested a different fix. They told me that adding a pad under my foot and a non-slip band on the strap would solve the issue. It helped a little, but not completely leaving me somewhat disappointed. In addition to not receiving a complete fix, what really disappointed me was the service or lack thereof. The man working there barely looked up from what he was doing and never asked me to try on the shoe to see the problem for himself. He gave short, vague suggestions and seemed uninterested in actually helping. I had to walk back and forth to the shelves three separate times to find the products he mentioned, rather than him taking a moment to show me where they were. The whole interaction felt dismissive and rushed. The shop itself is tucked away inside Tysons Mall, so it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. While it is convenient if you are already nearby, I would not make a special trip back. For a store that specializes in shoes, I expected more attention and care. We first came into the store to place the order, returned again for corrections when the initial suit arrived with severely uneven sleeves and disproportionate shoulder pads, and tried to be patient while a replacement was ordered. Unfortunately, the second suit arrived with similar defects as the original. When we requested a refund, it was denied. The showroom manager offered no meaningful resolution and stated he would email his manager, who might respond within a week. When I explained that we may need to dispute the charge with our credit card company if the issue could not be resolved, he threatened, "If you do, you can never shop here again." He also remarked that situations like this are common and customers sometimes wait even longer. After multiple in store visits and good faith attempts to resolve this directly, the matter remains unresolved and has raised serious consumer protection concerns. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.

The gentleman was so strict about not taking anything off the sample fabric racks - how else are you supposed to picture the color on yourself if you cannot look in the mirror with the fabrics. No sample jackets or pants to try on either - quite impossible to put together a suit here. The ladies were nice, but only one came across like she knew what she was talking about. We walked out feeling exhausted and honestly walking in the store was quite pointless. Highly recommend Suit Supply instead - such a knowledgeable and kind staff there! Don't waste your time at Indochino.
