Second, chefs kiss for the awesome customer service that I was provided. Muuuuaaah! The Redondo Beach Blvd. location is a non-stop shop location for my Jeep restoration and I love that for me. Items on hand, lo prices, easy to navigate store, and the excellent customer service will absolutely have me driving back to this location before I even check stores that are closer to my home base. The parking lot has an epic amount of spaces available with plenty of handicapped parking near the front entrance. No steps or flights of stairs are needed to access this business. The noise level is low and the area very casual.

They do not offer any aftermarket parts but they do sell oem replacement and oem parts. They also carry oil, tools and anything else that has to do with automobiles. So I did some research into replacing the battery and found that Advance Auto Parts offers free installation, AND battery registration. You have to register the battery in a timely manner, or your car won't charge your new battery properly and it won't be as good. It's basically telling your car that "hey, you have a new battery at X Ah, take care of it". For my particular car, it's $90+ of gear/software on top of everything else. I went into the store, Esteban was immediately there to help me locate the correct battery and help me install it. Seriously went above and beyond to help me. Btw, while they do installations and stuff, they can't see in the dark. So depending on the time of year, installations can end as early as 4pm. Highly recommend this place for your car needs, especially if you're not confident about battery, wiper, etc... install.

I needed a new battery for my car and I was reluctant to install it myself due to some corrosion…read morewith my current battery. I called ahead and spoke to Everardo and he confirmed the battery was available and they would install it for me. When I got there staff said hello as I walked in and I asked for Everardo since that was the person I spoke to on the phone. Sure enough he was able to remove my old one and install the new one. Unfortunately my current battery had a lot of corrosion that that eaten away at the battery terminal and the swap required replacing that part as well (which I was also able to purchase here). The whole process due to the condition of my current battery was a bit trickier and lengthier than I initially anticipated. Luckily Everardo walked me through the process and explained my options and successfully replaced the battery terminal and the battery itself (no extra cost). This is the kind of exceptional customer service that is far too rare now a days. I am so glad I chose to come here today and Everardo was able to help me. Definitely coming back.
