I walked in, looked at the labels on the aisles, and the staff immediately helped me on what I was looking for! Not even 30 sec into the store and I was being helped! The windshield wiper was coincidently located behind the cash register as well as in aisle 1. It was only $5.50 after tax for a gallon of windshield wiper fluid. Amazon was like $15+. This location seems small with limited selection. Saw 3 different windshield wiper fluid product. There isn't variety in brands. Everything inside is well organized and the items are placed forward most. Good customer support and very affordable.

I stopped in to get a replacement bulb for my headlight and not only did he help me find the right one, he replaced both of my headlight bulbs for me! I decided to refill my windshield wiper fluid while the hood was open, but accidentally poured it into the coolant! Carlos got multiple different tools to suction all the windshield fluid out, then found the right antifreeze/coolant I needed and filled it back up for me. On top of everything, he was SO nice the whole time he was fixing my incredibly stupid mistake. Thank you, Carlos for absolutely saving me today-- my engine and I are forever grateful for you!!

Had a bad experience with a battery charge service. I came in on Nov 24 to charge a battery was…read moregiven a battery charge ticket and came back with the ticket on Nov 26 to pick it up and the battery I dropped off was no longer there. I spoke with the manager and was told it would be looked into. Was told they do not know what happened to it and was told to come back to get a replacement battery. I came back on Nov 27 and was helped by who I believe was the night manager Nick who seemed to make it my problem and if I actually dropped off a battery that day when he was working as well. I told him the make and model of the car for the battery and he pulled up the battery and then he asked me for my phone number for my account and decided to give me a battery for a different car that I ordered last year instead of the correct battery that we already established previously. I assumed he was correct in giving me the correct battery and found out it was the wrong battery when I brought it home because it was too small. As a customer I do not appreciate being accused of something and was following their procedures. On top of being given the wrong battery as a replacement when I clearly established the information for what car it was for. He did not bother to verify why the battery was different from what was discussed and just gave me the wrong battery.
