We never heard from them in 24 hours. I called the doctor and both the nurse and office manager called Aerocare. They never returned their calls. I called the answering service and left messages. They never returned any of our phone calls. The doctor ordered the needed medical supplies from another company. The nurse informed me that the doctor had decided to completely stop using this company because they had had so many problems with them. I think they are only interested in money and not patient care.
