I asked if there was an alternative in refunding my money, like if she could do cash. I asked if she could seek further info on a return for Apple Pay, she was very very annoyed. She told me there was nothing they could do and I had to plead with her and ask her to pls call someone above her to ask for details as I was leaving the city of Fort Worth to Houston and i am a paramedic (don't wear scrubs) so store credit was not of use for me. It was like pulling teeth, she refused to give me the number to corporate, she refused initially to contact someone above her before she actually did. She refused to give me her name, she told me that " I needed to learn to listen", and she ignored me when I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me.
