Fincher's at the Stock Show where they had a booth selling Justin Boots -- and the experience was outstanding. Earlier that day, we visited several other booths and honestly felt disappointed. There was very little assistance, and most places seemed overpriced and uninterested in helping customers. Then we wandered into C.B. Fincher's booth and were greeted by J. Morton -- and everything changed. J. helped fit our twin boys and was incredibly patient with them as they tried to figure out what they wanted. He had them try on multiple boots in various sizes and took the time to teach them what to look for in the "perfect fit." He didn't rush them or push a sale. Instead, he focused on making sure they understood the fit and felt confident in their choice. He also made sure we, as parents, were completely comfortable and happy with their selections. The boots worked out great, the price was very fair, and the quality is excellent. What really stood out wasn't just the product -- it was the service. J. Morton was a true salesman in the best sense of the word. It was obvious that he cared more about making us feel welcome and taken care of than simply making a sale. Great prices. Great quality boots. But the real star of this western store is the people. Real quality products and real quality people. We'll absolutely be back. While waiting I proceeded to read the instructions to determine how to store it. It states that this product is not for intravenous use. Which is what I was told twice. The offered to refund their product price of $1.25 cents which is as great but I am out of luck on $50+ that was spent on the other product. So I am just out of luck. It good thing I hadn't taken the injection. Who knows what would have happened. The only positive is everyone was really nice at the store.

The manager stated he needed to clarify with the owner who was attending a fifa game. As we he was confirming we attempted to find to correct size and items our players needed. Note I had informed the manager we are originally a hour away from them but just bc we came from a game near by we decided to stop their, I had already provided proof of our tax exemption. While waiting for a confirmation from management one of the employees that was supposed to be getting the kids shoe size was rudely attempting to blow off my player. As this associate was more concerned over the game on their tv than providing his service. Finally the manager stated that they could do the tax exemption as long as i provided the form that the store utilize to file their tax exemption purchases. I corrected the guy stating that the form he was asking for is what the stores have the clients fill out and it is not our responsibility to provide. At the end of the day we told them if they don't want our business we would gladly leave after making us waste our Sunday afternoon. Now today 06/15/2026 the manager calls me to tell me he found the form he was telling I had to bring. If I wanted to come back.
