We received a warm greeting from a lovely woman (unfortunately did not catch her name). She was very helpful and we were able to exchange the bag with no issue. It was resoundingly clear with his attitude and approach that he did not want us in his store. I felt it was because my husband and I are MEXICAN! Judy was helping me and she was just absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and knowledgeable and helped me decide which size was the best for me for my feet. They even had the sandals in the Oiled Leather faded khaki color way which was sold out online!!! She was just an all-around sweetheart and while I had a coupon for 10% off for the Birkenstock website. She was so helpful with such great customer service and just so sweet. I decided to buy my Birkenstocks here instead and spent a little more just for the quality of service I received. Since then I fell in love with the sandals I bought I went back to see Judy again and bought some Bostons in the taupe color way! Thanks so much Judy! In a time where customer service is dead at many many retailers, you have truly done such an amazing job, I will always come back to see you in the future. New loyal customer !!!!

Inside, this place is so cohesive and "put together". That the whole time I was there I never picked up on the fact that it is actually comprised of over 100 different vendors. The place just flowed so smoothly and so beautifully. It's huge, so it flowed for over 12,000 square feet. I saw everything from home decor, bath & body products, jewelry, clothing, a place to customize olive oils, candies, nuts, and more! Also, I would be remiss if I did not mention the Manager and staff who were all very welcoming and helpful. What a great experience!

I reached out to have some hats embroidered and the experience was terrible from the start. Communication was lacking -- Chris barely read my emails and seemed uninterested in earning my business. I provided all necessary info and dropped off my blanks on April 25th. I was told the turnaround time was 10 days and that I'd receive an update. I emailed on Monday, May 5th to check in -- no response. I called on Tuesday the 6th and was told I'd get a text update -- nothing. I followed up again on Wednesday and they said they'd "check the status," yet still no follow-up. Out of frustration, I went in person on Thursday, May 8th. Chris was dismissive and arrogant. When I asked for my blanks back, she told me they weren't even at the shop -- they were at her house. then she tried faking a phone call to her husband to bring them up then her phone rang in the middle of her "talking to him" If they can't be excellent with customer service and communication, I can't trust them to be excellent with the job itself. Very disappointing.

This is totally on me but I wouldn't have bought it if I had tried it on due to the odd fit of the long sleeve green and black plaid. After a staff lunch one day one of my coworkers convinced us to take a detour to Keeping Up with the Joneses before we headed back to work. I am so glad I did. This little shop is the perfect size. It's small, quaint, and has just enough to browse without being overwhelming. We started with the clearance rack outside and the clothes were so cute! The sales are really good! One of my coworkers scored a gorgeous blue and white work dress and a pink and coral lace dress for a wedding reception--both on sale for $50! They had some cute white shirts with black printed sayings on them. I got two that said "Chanel and Champagne" although I was really in love with the "You had me at Merlot" shirt. They just didn't have it in my size. :-( The sizes available go up to size 14. If you look hard enough you can find some items in XXL, but the selection is small, so keep an open mind. I plan to regularly stop by to see what is on sale and maybe fall in love with more of their clothes. I spotted some gorgeous dresses and tops, but again my size wasn't available. There's a small fitting room in the shop. It's located in the back of the store, which is also where Aria Salt is (they share the space). One thing that I really love is that the material of the clothes felt thick and durable. You can tell the clothes are well made and will last. The owner was friendly and helpful, giving tips on what kind of shoes went with my coworker's dresses and ringing us up quickly. I also scored two large stemless wine glasses for 50% off each. I'm loving my new wine glasses! Can't wait to go back to Keeping up with the Joneses!
