Absolutely horrible. My husband is a senior citizen with several underlying major medical issues. The doctor ordered a nebulizer from them Monday about 1pm. We never heard from them in 24 hours. I called the doctor and both the nurse and office manager called Aerocare. They never returned their calls. I called the answering service and left messages. They never returned any of our phone calls. The doctor ordered the needed medical supplies from another company. The nurse informed me that the doctor had decided to completely stop using this company because they had had so many problems with them. Horrible. Honestly like they don't care if they get your business at all. Like they are doing you a favor. Only way to get someone on the phone is by pushing the billing button. They want to collect their money but sure as heck don't want to help you get your supplies. Stay away. read more
