I should have review this before I moved in but I was in need a place to live I find those people Antoinette and Tony and their svs call is very rude I live there for 6 years and just moved out... he lied and said the bathroom sink have no pop up in there and it was never there and I bought a drainage cup there for protection from things going in there. I even show him the video and he lied about blinds that I damaged it I showed him the inspect report that the blinds was bad before I move in and I never use it I use curtains on the day I take a look at the apt with him and I even had conversation with him about blinds and he said I can just pull up and leave there.. what a crook.. he charge me for that. in the past Antonette let two men into my house with out let me know ( since I am deaf and need to be notify ahead of time so I dont get scared plus my cat) she had them came in while I was sleeping and then I saw on security video and I called lawyer to demand them to let me know ahead and not let them or anyone in my house without me know (accommodated ) she even hung up on police when I made the report on her.. they dont repair things to the core they bandaid the repair and often had to get them fix over and over. twice or three times pipe broke by my side and had to dig hole and "bandaid fix " half of my apt have no electricity and takes forever to fix and the tub and toilet was overflowed with upstairs poops on to my floor and into my bedrooms. Tony brought a soap to wash all my towels and not accommodate to like half price off rent because this was ongoing problem and he is very cheap guy I told him no I do not use that kind of cheap soap also mold on closet ceiling from a leaking from upstairs their heater broke and came through to my bedroom and had to make hole and fixed and there was mold in it and they dont take really good care of it I had to fight them to get a new three new AC because the old one was not working good and my home was hot and not cool and then finally they got me three new ac I even called the housing and they told me and give me a list what to watch for and they almost failed that I could call and they can get him in alot of trouble and fine him big time they want to replace a broken microwave to a dirty used microwave that I told antoinette no ! I do not want dirty and used microwave get a new one and match the kitchen. the one they planning to put is black and all the kitchen appliance is white! alot of ants and bugs and they said I have to take care of it not them! I even had a rat in my apt at first antoinette dont believe me until I send her a video the dishwasher was full of mold they had fake windows and half real windows that is not safe because they can break in I even was able to put my hands through to outside from inside. that s a not well seal and alot of drafts coming in and out alot of homeless around and alot of thieves around I had some of my stuff stolen and my car was broke in in their parking lot right in front of my home. they dont give a shit about it the homeless and thieves looked through my windows they rented a alot of people who have a a long list of criminal background in this four-plex apt and its not safe for us and rent to a family of 5 or 6 in a two bedroom apt the email from Tony was meant to send to Antonette but Antonette some how attached its thread to me and Tony talks trash about me and I confronted him and he deny it until I forward to him one of their people let the door wide open and my cat got out very careless people they intended to raise rent every year and even during covid which they knew they are not supposed to but they did until I asked them to have the rent stay the same due to covid and they did after I had to ask I admit its a cute unit to live in but it would be much better if they really fix up especially it is near downtown and Roosevelt/7th ave area is very nice place to live if they really care about the place and their tenants I treat this home as if it was mine... they dont care about their tenants all they care about is money. they charge me for refrigeration and I had to pay for laundry on the premise I feel I shouldn't because I pay rent it should come included even refrigeration! greedy people! I could go on and on but I have made enough points I recommend you to avoid this agency and spread spread about those people they need to be stop I would love to see all of us made a pettion to stop them from running this agency read more

So the positive. The house we rented was huge for the rent price. The location was amazing. For this, I will give two stars. That's all the positives. First, our microwave had no microwave plate. We brought this up, Antoinette told us the appliance company no longer makes them. We believed her and bought a microwave to sit on the counter. A few months later (after some other issues had occurred) we were curious about this and looked it up.... We literally found the microwave plate on Amazon for $15. they really out zero effort into finding it, but at the time we thought 'hey, no big deal! It's one small thing.' Then we found the toilet upstairs had a leak. We asked them to come fix it, which they did, and when we asked about mold........ they brought us a handmade vinegar solution to spray anywhere we thought would be moldy..... omg. Then our dish washer went out, we waited (I kid you not) 4 months to get a new one. I'm a patient person and would not have minded waiting so long (due to covid) if ANYONE from Rosetti management COMMUNICATED with us what was happening. Instead, we had to reach out constantly for updates and we literally never got one, Antoinette always made me feel like a bother for trying to figure out why -after four months - am I still hand washing dishes? Then we finally did get the new dishwasher and the appliance company BROKE it upon installation! I immediately brought this up to Rosetti management right after applicable co left and it still took three extra weeks for them to return... surprise surprise they had to put in a whole new dishwasher. Our air conditioning went out twice and both times it took more than a day to send someone out. The second time, they decided they had to replace the entire air conditioning unit!! We were super excited about that, but had to wait 3 days for the entire process. Finally we have the new air conditioning unit, and then the part that is inside (where all the vents go) started LEAKING. Onto our floor!! And through the floorboards!! I called on a Friday afternoon just before the office closed and told them 'hey the inside air unit is leaking so much, it's spilling through the floorboards' they said they would send someone on Saturday... no one ever came. Never. The unit stopped leaking and they obviously didn't care about their property enough to come check it out, so we never brought it up again. We had termites building tunnels out of the ceiling, which they did come and 'look at' but they literally just knocked the tunnels down and didn't even fill in the holes or anything. The caulk on the tub in my shower kept separating and it felt like their was an air bubble under the bathtub, like literally felt like it was going to fall through the ceiling. The tiles in the shower fell off the wall. The maintenance guy came out twice and recaulked but idk what he used, neither time worked. I could go on and on, but I believe I've made enough points. If you want cheap, this is the company to use. But you're paying for it in the long run! read more

Awful service, awful staff, awful owner (Anthony). I am disgusted by the way Rossetti Management treats their tenants, with complete disregard to laws and legal protections designed to protect renters. It seems like everything out of Anthony's mouth is a lie and I shudder to think that he's been profiting off unsuspecting tenants for years. The other Yelp reviews are all correct - stay far away from Rossetti Management! The owner and staff are all bad actors who will do everything in their power to scam you. I just looked at their BBB page and while they are not accredited with BBB, they have an A+ rating. It seems like noone has taken the time to write them a review on BBB so by default they are rated A+. Fellow victims, please post elsewhere besides Yelp! I truly hope that this business goes bankrupt and Anthony Rossetti is sued for all he's worth. Well I live with my wife in a home managed by this company. To be sure his office is busy and in being busy they have no time for hoohaa, Antoinette can appear to be brisk but she has work to do and is clean and efficient in doing it. Now we have had some a few toilet issues, and a exterior irrigation issue and contrary to the host of horrors listed here they came out in quick and reasonable time and repaired and replaced parts as needed. The maintenance staff is professional, polite and take the time to explain what they are going to do and why. So to the readers I just have no personal knowledge of all of this rhetoric. I am not a renter with this property management company, I however was inquiring about one of their rental homes in Phoenix, AZ. I have been calling on this particular home and spoke to someone named Antoinette. Every time I called their office, she would give me nothing but attitude as if I was bothering her by calling. On 5/7/2020, I called to inquire about the home 8418 W. Hubbell Street and she told me that the house was not ready to view until Monday 5/11/2020 and to call back on that day to schedule a viewing. I called back on Monday 5/11/2020 as she instructed. She answered the phone again with an attitude worse than when I spoke to her on 5/7/2020. She then told me that the house is still not ready to be viewed because it had to be cleaned and to call back the following day. I was beyond frustrated with calling this place, I just decided not to call again because it seems like I was bothering her or she could tell by my voice, if I was the type of person they wanted to rent to. This is by far the worst property management company that I have had an experience with. If anyone is looking for a rental, I would definitely not recommend calling this place. read more

We had initially made a deal with him but he had the wrong rent price listed, charged an additional cost for "landlord miscellaneous " fees, wanted to charge for mailbox keys, garage door openers, etc. After reviewing the lease, we had several concerning questions about the non-disclosed fees and cost, so our realtor messaged him about the fees then he terminated our application. After reading these reviews - we are so grateful our agreement didn't go through. read more

Smart,ethical, good hearted people- Beware. If I could give negative stars, I would. I am still unsure how Anthony Rossetti and staff sleep at night. I attempted to rent a townhome from Rossetti and never spent one night in the place. His staff had not fixed or cleaned the place as agreed upon and upon arriving the first night, we discovered a leak upstairs that caused the ceilling to cave in. Mr. Rossetti was combative and unapologetic. He did not want to properly repair the water damage, he simply wanted to scrape the ceilling and patch it. Another leak developed and we (still unable to move in) were told we could keep our stuff in the garage and we were ridiculous for finding the place uninhabitable. We relinquished our keys, having not spent a single night in the house and yet Mr. Rossetti would not give us our deposit back even though he violated state statues. He LIED UNDER OATH and is quite the weasel, keeping over $2000.00 of our money.He claimed he had the right to keep our money since he had to readvertise the place, even though he had never taken down the sign or the information from the rental site. He had agreed (with witnesses) verbally to give us our money back and then went back on his word, causing us to go through months of hassle and court. We are in our late twenties and both hard working professionals. I wouldn't recommmend this company to my enemy. Please save yourself the grief! I have lived in their property for 4 months with a shattered window upon move-in. They have yet to fix it, make up excuses, and are the least professional property management company I have ever dealt with. I wish I could find the owner of this lovely condo and let him/her know how poorly it is being managed. Property Owners and tenants beware. I also want to note that they claimed to have done a background check and credit score on both myself and my roommate. When I incquired about my credit score at the signing, the person representing Rossetti turned over a piece of paper, and rattled off a fake credit score number. I thought it seemed MUCH lower than mine, so when I got home I immediately checked my score, and I was right. She made up a number, and probably never even ran the real numbers. read more

Anthony Rossetti is a crook and liar. I submitted an application on one of his listed rental. The application fee is $50, but they charged me over $200. I called them back to confront them and it took me a long time to get my money back. I took the risk because I like the home being listed. But I backed out and decided not to rent his house. If you are a property owner or tenant, beware of this guy. Don't list your home with him and don't rent anything from him. He lies, twisted things around and went on the attack. We have rented for them for a year and had nothing but problems from the start. There was a powder all over the carpets and they said that they had been shampooed, The power had problems and took out two surge protectors, when it rains the car ports leak and when we had the big rain storm the place got flooded and it took them till 4 in the afternoon to get here with and all there people did was use a shampooer and put more water on the carpet in that storm found out the ceiling leaks and the vent pipe for the stove leaks into the cabinets. It smell in the unit now and am glad to get away. Would not recommend renting from this company at all. they have no emergency service and they always saying that they will be there soon if there people show up at all. I would rather give then no star at all. Be ware of this company. they are bad news. read more

My brother had been in and out of the hospital the whole month and not physically or mentally capable of paying his bills. Rossetti management refused to do a death clean up or turn on the electricity so my family could obtain my brothers belongings. Mr Rossetti had the nerve to ask me why I needed electricity. If I could write this review using "no stars" I would. This company is the management company for our HOA and they are TERRIBLE! Our neighbor has weeds that are over 12" high and a fire hazard; we've contacted Rossetti Management at lease 6 times about this problem. They NEVER answer the phone, they NEVER return phone calls, when I've called the phone number for property management, they tell me they are the leasing department and give me a phone number that is NEVER answered or calls returned. ZERO STARS!!! This place is absolutely awful!! I am horrified at the manner that I was treated face to face from Antoinette. She lied to me and was very sharp and abrasive when speaking to me. I arrived at the office so happy and excited to rent this beautiful home. She attempted to be forceful with paper work. Finally I asked what her name was because she was "such a pleasure to meet" but before I got to experience my wonderful treatment there was a Client on the phone with one of the other girls in the office. And the individual in the office was using every cuss word in the book to this girl on the phone. Over a phone number. After reading all of the Yelp reviews I'm sad to admit I should have done research before giving them my money! It is Friday, November 10th at 8:45 am and the rental answering service said they are late. She was not helpful and apparently I was putting her out. I later called back on my break and they answered abruptly and sounded angry as usual. She was of no help and said HOA is closed. I only needed 2 question answering...sorry for wasting YOUR work time! Tony was her name and she was quite short. This is why they receive a 1 for overall ratings on their business. I agree with all the other negative reviews. I fired him after a year when I talked to the tenant and found out he was double billing me for some repairs the tenant claimed she paid. Plus he billed me for pest control that not only I should NOT have had to pay for (nor was it in the contract), but the service was for four follow-up treatments that never occurred. But the best part was when the tenant called him to fix a ceiling fan. He never followed through, so she bought a new one and had it installed. He then billed me for a new one, saying the repairs would cost more than the fan itself. And she showed me the receipt to prove it. But what really ticked me off the most was I was initially billed for a background & credit check. When I listed the house for sale, the tenant had trouble finding a place to live because she had bad credit. I eventually questioned Tony about all of this, and he was combative and called the tenant a liar. Do NOT use this company to manage your property. Contact the board of realtors and get a referral from a reputable agency. read more

This company is the poorest example of a company that represents the homeowners of a HOA. They are only interested in milking the owners for addition fees and fines. They can get the CC&Rs delivered to the correct address and then they send the billings for HOA fees to the wrong address, bill for late fees and when presented with the correct information will not provide refunds or acknowledge errors or return calls or respond to letters. They screen all incoming calls and don't respond if there is a issue which they don't want to address. read more
