We were informed that if we bought the cleaning package we could get the couch cleaned at anytime. We have a few dye stains that were transferred onto the seats which big Sandy's cleaning company that we paid an extra $500 to do so has turned down our claim. The sales rep is no longer with the company! Be mindful of shady salesman & companies! This debris absorbs dyes, dirt, dust etc VERY VERY easily! The $500 is non refundable, and can only be used as a store credit! Save your money
