They kind of just taint the whole shopping experience. There were two employees organizing and setting up a clearence display when one lady dropped an item. The contents went everywhere and as I walked past, the other employee said "Just put it back up there". When I was in line (which was very long, but moving fast) there was one woman on a headset walkie talkie that was suffering from delusions of grandeur. I don't know if she was a supervisor or a manager or what, but even so, there's no reason a manager should talk to her employees the way she was talking to them on her walkie talkie. I think I'll just go to one of the other locations next time.

I also got some primer for my eyeshadow for $2. There were so many things that I could have bought including cheaply priced, name brand bras, underwear, lingerie, shirts, sweaters, coats, anything that you can think of. I didn't have enough room in my carry on bag to buy like I wanted to but the clothes were in good shape and they looked brand new! Next time I come to visit, I'll bring an empty suitcase :-) It's important to know that if you buy anything at DFW, all sales are final. There are no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges so you better be sure that you want it before you buy it!

There's K&G before Covid which was 5* most of the time for variety and selections, workers ready to help you and then there's K&G after Covid...less selection on colors for suits and hardly any help in all departments. My hubby has a closet full of suits and the last 4 times we went he left empty handed. He said they have a lot suits but nothing he wanted. He's looking for classic browns, a solid black suit that has a nice sheen-not mat and not pin stripes or styled like a lounge singer. Same with navy and brown/tan. And they never have his size. Everything is way too big or slim fit and tight and he hates that. They had a guy tailoring for them for years and now it's someone else who said he wouldn't put a cuff on our grandson's pant leg because kids don't get that. We found a pair of dress shoes for our other grandson in his size which is 7 in mens and it had a mismatched 7.5 wide with it. After scouring with a cashier's help they found the only 3 pairs his size were all mismatched. They had zero boys dress shirts for 12 or 14/16 but upon coming back today they got a shipment in and had some thank goodness. In the end we were able to get the boys each a 3 piece suit in black and a dress shirt/ties. Had to go online for dress shoes elsewhere. They did alter the suit we got perfectly.

It seems legitimately old and worn, if its a reproduction someone has some serious skills. I read that a lot of items come from Asia (I saw a lot from India) and apparently they have buyers that just go out and look for this type of eclectic furniture in bulk and one offs. Rugs are some of the best deals I have seen (good quality and good price). If you need a piece to really stand out (and no one else has) this is the place to go! They also have free popcorn and fruit drink in the front for customers!
