I Went to Ross yesterday at about 11am found a few things. Got in a line of about a dozen or so. With one Clerk Working after 10 Minutes and still 10 people ahead of me I Walked out. Pissed off. Very Poor customer service. Very poor Management team. I'll never go back!!!!! Period. read more

I enjoy going to Ross to look around for a bit. I normally don't buy clothes when I come but every now and then something will catch my eye. I always leave with something and this Ross didn't disappoint. Service was average at best, selection was fairly decent, and it's a Ross so ambience is about as expected from a place like this. I love Ross and especially the home goods section of it. There are so many interesting items that you don't often think of. It's a great place to look for ideas at Christmas time. The problem is everyone else feels the same way I do and the lines are long. Shopping on a Thursday was no exception. There were lines wrapped around the store. They have great bargains and taking advantage of those for the holidays is what everyone else was trying to do. My big objection this time was the number of people who weren't wearing masks or had them hanging barely on their mouth. The store was way too packed to do much shopping safely. read more

terrible customer service. You routinely will have to wait in line for a long time while one stressed out and frazzled person checks and 4 employees stand around bullshi**ing. It's actually totally stunning how badly managed this place is. It's almost aggressive how they let the line get longer and longer while they just stand around doing nothing and ignoring you. What an interesting place. Inventory is actually pretty good for a Ross. But wow the customer service is bad. Sunday near close. The associates start shouting "store closes in a short 35 minutes". I thought ok, wow. Then the associates start saying the place closes in ten minutes when it's really 17 minutes. And then ten minutes before they start saying the store closes in 5. The associates are just running around, leaving one lady to cashier. Maybe they are short staffed, but they obviously just want to get out of here and don't care about putting the customer first. Customers were entering near closing and the gal doing some take backs or something snaps at them the store closes in five minutes! It brought the mood of the whole store down and was rude, the next person that came in she said we close in 2! And then she starts talking out loud to everyone that the store is probably already closed. No girl, fix your watch: we have 5 more minutes to be here. Also the cashier shouted multiple times to us in the line that removing our own hangers would be helpful. There is just no tactfulness or respect as a shopper here. We won't return. We just got what we absolutely needed for the holiday tomorrow and we are done. read more

How could a store be better than Ross? There is no quality chain, Big Box, or "Discount " store that can compare to the low prices one pays for high end, quality., and Designer Label items like Ross. The lighting is great, the aisles are wide enough for two "lanes" of shopping carts, and everything is neatly and prominently displayed. Each store is similarly laid out -and I've been to a lot of Ross stores - when I travel for business or pleasure I alwsys find out if there is a Ross in the area before I shop in a store like Penny's or Macy's. They carry everything from lamps & furniture, wall art & lawn art, clothing for eery one, to linens & the best shoe selection anywhere with basement prices.There are so many top designer clothes, shoes & linens at such low, low prices the big box stores ought to be ashamwd. Ralph Lauren, Anne Klein, Michael Kors, Laura Ashley and too many others to name. Lastly, because they have security people I rarely see teens with their pants around their knees, Mom's in stretch pants with screaming kids, or unkempt homeless people talking to themselves. For my money I'll take Ross over any store out there! read more

I purchased a cart of kitchen wares, breakables and bedding. After I checked out I was told the carts could not be taken outside. That they were programmed to stop at the doors. Why not program them not to leave the parking lot so you don't lose customers. Geniuses read more

Look I know there are some ups and downs, So here is my story. I went there with my grandma to go shopping for clothes, right, and the line was so long that we almost dropped our stuff and left. Once we got to the front we found out why, 3 of the cashiers were missing and the other two were talking with the customers. As the line grew longer so did my anger. But nothing can compare to the great prices and discounts, not to mention the adorable shoes. Once you get out of that line, life can go back to fast food and target, I mean really get some more casheirs! read more

Ok. I try to really understand. But it's retail. Retail. I used to do this work. When there are three associates gathered up front chatting and they even look at the ever growing line of people and still don't get on a cash register that is incompetence. It took one of the employees on register to ask one of them to get on. This is my experience every single time. Show some damn initiative and customer service and get your customers out the door efficiently! read more

I have to say I don't like the long lines at Ross that I've experienced in the past but OUR Ross in Longview stays on top of their stuff and gets that line down quickly! Even during the holidays it was great timing even when the line was long. Thank you guys! read more

Cleaner than the ones in Vancouver, pretty good variety, and great location!

I do not think much of Ross stores after I went for a job interview and there was a "bigger" employee with dark hair and glasses interviewing me. She was rude during the interview and I was glad I didn't get the job because why would I want to work around her? As for the store itself, I find it unattractive with dust settled on the shelves. Yes I find a bargain once in a while there, but I rarely go there because of the filthy shelves and apathetic customers...plus I don't want to run into the dark haired, glasses woman lol! read more
