I don't review or complain much at all, but Sheryl at this specific Target is extremely rude and and did not offer any sort of assistance. I buy a lot of stuff at Target... a lot of stuff! Every time I have bought something and the price came up wrong, they happily fix it with no questions asked. This is good business. This time however, Sheryl grabs my item and begins to peel the clearance sticker off, saying "the numbers don't match" and says they will not honor the price listed. But instead told me "it's still only x amount of dollars" Trying to convince me I'm still getting a good deal. Ok... I asked if she is the manager and she pauses, kind of stuttered and says "I... uhhh, yeah. I work with the systems" not sure if that's makes you a manager at Target? I said "fine, I'll just pay for it" once I said that she THEN went to grab her manager. For me that was too late, and had no interested in talking further. She may want to attend a customer experience training in the near future, cause that experience was BAD. read more

This target is pretty outdated compared to Targets in the city. According to the self checkout attendant, they had just recently gotten u-scan and were still working out kinks with the system. The layout of the store was old. The floors and walls had an old, worn look to them. There was an audible buzzing everywhere we went in the store which was a bit off putting. They had a limited selection in every department, but we were still able to find everything we needed. The bathrooms were also outdated and a little worn looking but were clean. The staff was very friendly and nice and were ready and eager to help. read more

Today I went to this Target. I was in kind of a hurry and I am new to this target because of just moving here. So not to familiar with this target store. But in all my rush rush to find things and get going to my final destination I just wanted to say that I found someone to help me around just about every corner (Unlike some stores you go to and trying to find someone to help you find something ). This Target store was very helpful and I didn't have to look very hard to find the help I needed So a big Thank you for the help being just right there and very helpful to boot! I know during covid things are crazy in the HELP section these days but this store has it conquered Thank you so much ! I made it to my final destination on time with minutes to spare! I really like this Target and a majority of their employees BUT I am so sick of being continuously harassed by one of their team members. Riley Stovall will stalk me around the store and say rude things to me when she sees me shopping. I report it to the store and to corporate and they will not do anything about it. She continues to play the victim and it is awful that Target does nothing about their team members harassing customers. read more

This is the local target for our area! One thing that comes to mind is how excellent the team they have working here is. I've never had any issues with these guys. Everyone is very friendly and know where all their products are. The store is kept clean and organized very well and normally don't run out of stock on most products at this location. One thing they I would change though is the size of this place. Its a very small target, has not bakery, deli, or fresh meats and produce. What groceries they have is very basic and leave much to be desired. They are currently remodeling though so I'll update if they add something great! They are open during the remodel as well! read more

While leaving there was a person who works for Target and I asked where the Simple Green was located. They said "What is that"? I told her a cleaning product. She said, "I never heard of it before". Always had excellent customer service here, prices are a bit higher than Walmart or Amazon. Their cashiers are always very kind and love how clean their store is. I hate the poles in the way everywhere though. Also, wish they had better hours. Their Blck a Friday was awesome this year as well!! This is my one and only experience in this Target as I don't live in this area. Ack this store suffers from both a lack of staff and a lack of intelligent staff. The whole time I was in this store I didn't see any staff members walking around, good thing I knew where to find what I was looking for (thank God all Targets are set up the same). Come time to checkout there was one cashier open and 5 people ahead of me....not so bad. 10 minutes later, when the lineup was getting longer and I was next in line to check out I see something in the corner of my eye. It's another cashier, he's staring blankly at me and wiping down his till. When I looked at him, I only saw a blank stare, so I turned away. I felt him staring more, and thinking wtf is wrong with this idiot I asked him if he was open. This cashier nodded and without any words uttered rang me through. What a weirdo. read more

We were checked by Darwin, who in the few moments of our transactions, we found to be a pleasant, efficient, young man with excellent "people" skills. This is the closest Target for us and it serves its purpose. It is not a Target Greatland or whatever they call the Target Superstores nowadays, but it is well stocked, clean, easy to navigate and has plenty of staff to assist you. I hadn't been in a Target in a couple of years and was very impressed with how well staffed this location is. You didn't have to look far nor wide to find an associate to assist you. Most were attentive in asking if you needed help as well, but it wasn't obnoxious or like you felt stalked. Fair prices, you can find hit and miss awesome deals on clearance items. Media prices were decent as well. Well managed, as I saw management being very proactive on the floor. I also didn't notice the obnoxious pac-sets (walkie talkies) on this shopping adventure. In the past, it was always pretty loud and distracting with each employee broadcasting loud radio communication traffic. This seemed to be non-existent or toned down here. read more

Seriously the best customer service at a Target I have ever experienced! Started with a return and Steve helped me out then I needed help finding things from several different associates and they all where very nice. Upon checking out Steve was there again and helped me pull large items out of my cart and even gave me directions to another store I need to stop at. Overall this store and its employees are top notch in my book! read more

It's always clean! It's almost never busy when I go in, except this one time, but I went in at probably a busy time. I must not usually go in at a busy time! I always have excellent cashiers, and customer service, even though I don't talk to the employees much. But now with the new self check out's, it's so much faster! I've seen lines in the regular lanes, and no one at the self ones, so I guess they're not very popular, yet! (Maybe they never will be, I'm not too sure.) I can't recommend this store enough! It's my favorite in town, of any type of store! But the Safeway (in Kelso) is a close second. Walmart may have a bigger selection, but it's way worse of a store. (Both of them.) Just because they might have what you want, doesn't mean that's the place to go! I could stay in here for hours! Come here first, and if they don't have what you want, then go elsewhere. If you think it's gonna be cheaper elsewhere, then think that you're paying more for the good environment! read more

Smaller than I am used to Target but nice and clean. This area needs this store as the mall here at 3 Rivers is not what it used to be. It has the basics and it organized. I didn't have anyone ask to help me but checkout was fine. Bathrooms were clean, lines weren't long and they had what I wanted. If you are in the area it feels like a known commodity. read more

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING BIG FROM TARGET! They will use Estes Forwarding Worldwide LLC for shipping and you will not receive your order on time or it will get lost. I ordered well before Christmas and even had a confirmed delivery email sent to me and it did not get received until AFTER Christmas. Because of this kids did not receive a gift from Santa. When I called to ask what happened they offered me a $50 dollar gift card for my poor experience. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM! read more

What really angers me about this Target is they don't have a self-checkout. This means I have to go through a line with a cashier and hear once again about the annoying Red Card. I have told them time and time again I am not interested in saving 5% especially since I could lose a lot more than that. Remember the data breach!! I wish they would quit asking if I have heard about the Red Card because I have heard about it and heard about it and I am sick of hearing about it! Also this location doesn't have a big selection in some areas like pets (the pet department is very pathetic compared to other Targets) The last time I was in there I was looking for a For Sale sign but was told they don't carry those. Target was AMAZING, 20 STARS!!! I bought a doorbuster tv at target and after waiting in line for 6 hours I get home to find that the 46 inch lcd tv is cracked... Completely spider webbed! After calling about 5 targets in the surrounding area I found that none if them had shipments of replacement tvs coming in. Naturally, I was mad. But Amy, the store manager, was great. She recognized the time my girlfriend and I had spent waiting and decided to apply the same percent discounted towards ANY other tv! Im on my way home to set up my brand new 55 inch lcd smart tv and I didnt even have to carry it out, the friendly Target staff did all the work and were extremely understanding/helpful... I am so thankful for Amy and the great Target employees. Cant wait to get home and set up my new tv! read more
