Never did she advise me against the Ashley couch I was looking at. We ended up buying it and have only had it less than 2 years and the fabric is pilling horribly to the point of thinning the fabric so much it will need to be replaced soon. When they delivered it, it also had a broken off foot and was scratching our hardwood floor without our knowledge. When I talk to Katie about the problems, she told me that it was my fault because I was cheap. Wow! Absolutely zero customer service or even compassion. I was absolutely not being cheap! I relied on Katie being honest with me and she clearly wS not. I will never set foot in that store again and will tell everyone I know that's looking for furniture of my experience there. I basically threw $800+ out the window because of them!

Even in the closing days and huge sale to clear out the stock, the employees were kind and helpful and the store was as nice as it can be. Some empty shelves were the only difference I noticed, and the only issue I had was the sadness it evoked. I have very fond memories of this store for nearly two decades.
