Your pictures should a clean cut to the lace. It was not cut when you purchased it. Given that you don't want a replacement- I have to assume it was cut intentionally. Thus, I am not able to return or replace the bag. Out return policy is within 7 days and item must be in new condition with tags attached. She has accused me of cutting the bag. Unreal. I was charged twice for a single transaction totaling $227.63-and the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. I spoke with a woman named Christina, and rather than taking ownership or even offering a basic apology, she immediately shifted the blame to the credit card processing company. She told me they were closed and the issue would be addressed the following morning. Two days later-no update on my card, no call back. So I followed up myself AGAIN. Christina did not even acknowledge she forgot both to follow up and to handle the issue. Still, no apology for the oversight. Then, to make matters worse, she told me she couldn't credit the full amount and proceeded to argue with me that the store only charged once. She said she has to call their credit card processor for the remaining amount and sounded annoyed. This mistake should have been handled promptly. It's been 6 days, and I have yet to receive my credit back. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But the complete lack of responsibility, professionalism, and customer care is what prompted this review. Make sure you receive confirmation that you were only charged once for your transaction before you leave. Christina admitted it has happened before.

Lately, however, I've been very disappointed over the rude treatment I've tolerated from one particular cashier. In my first encounter with her, she refused to apply a discount coupon toward an item I paid with a gift card. She stated that I couldn't use both. I called a manager later who confirmed that the cashier was indeed mistaken. Her attitude on subsequent shopping visits has been snarky. I recently endured another unpleasant experience with her when she flat out told me I couldn't use my $10 coupon on the items I wanted to buy. Turns out again she was mistaken. And the items were on sale but she argued with me that they weren't. This cashier needs some serious customer service training or perhaps should be moved to a position where she isn't dealing with the public. I dread seeing her when I shop.
