I am originally from Montana, now living in Washington, and sure miss Big Sky Country! These types of items are so great for gifts or to buy for myself to wear and have to remind me of home! I placed an order for a t-shirt and a picture frame. The t-shirt is so soft and comfortable and really like the material. The picture frame is the shape of the state of Montana, rustic, and absolutely love it. What really struck me as over-the-top, was the packaging. The packaging was nicely done, with extra care taken to make sure my items didn't break or get damaged during delivery. When I opened my package, there was also the sweetest thank you card and picture of the owners and family. What a sweet and thoughtful personal touch to show their appreciation and gratitude for your business. When I saw this, I just thought what a sweet and thoughtful family they are to add this extra something special to show their thanks, and fell in love with them and the store even more. Staff displays negative, belligerent distasteful attitude, acting bothered when you ask to view merchandise. Staff discusses CUSTOMERS IN STORE NEGATIVELY with other staff IN FRONT of other customers in an extremely negative and unprofessional manner; severely disturbing to watch...had to leave store! So disheartening since we had been to this store two days prior and purchased over $600 in merchandise..... but the staff there a few days prior were VERY kind; helpful and had manners....but not this Manager, she told us to talk to the owner if we had a problem and threw a card at us. Only returned to purchase multiple souvenirs, but left purchasing NOTHING due to the rude staff! Purchased multiple souvenirs from shops around this location, they were kind and happy to make a sale. BAD image for the tourists spending money there!

I could have known that without her taking my precious vacation time, the last time I combed through a rack of t-shirts I was at at discount store. I guess I didn't need the shirt after all. (It would have been a great impulse buy though) the shirt was very unique, it had a map of the state with the word, SHhh in the middle. Montana is a beautiful place with a very small population. They want to keep it that way. My only regret was, I did not get the label. With that kind of service, Buffalo Creek Clothing Co. will not be around for my next visit. I received the item on March 2nd and on March 9th I'm outside of the return window???? The item wasn't that expensive, it is just the principle of the matter. I first ordered the same product on HSN in a small and had no problem returning them. This company was the only one who had a medium but as previously stated their sizing chart is inaccurate..very disappointing!
