Was there today on 10/22/22 around 11am A couple of people in front of me were welcomed and greeted into the store. When the same lady by the register saw me, she quickly turned around as to ignore me. I even purposefully went to the counter to look at the cute stickers to see if I'd like to purchase some, she was only 2 feet away from me and didn't even ask if she could help me since they were behind the glass case. Then I just walked away and noticed a $200 jacket I liked and would have definitely purchased. Again she just looked at me and didn't say a thing to me since the jacket was difficult to get on my own. I was very uncomfortable by her tasteless customer service and sales skills and left to find my Husband in the Mens area of the store. My Husband spotted a wallet in the Mens area he loved and a young girl approached us at the register just looking at us and never saying hi or how may I help you. I finally had to ask her how does the SECRID wallet work to eject the Credit Cards? Before she even said anything I had already figured it out myself. The wallet was $100. They lost a $300 sales all because of how impersonal the staff was. I'm a Professional Sales person, and the service they gave us was completely unprofessional! read more

We love shopping at the Toggery when in town. They carry high quality brands at full retail. We always purchase a few items. This year we only purchased a shirt for my husband. The store's stock was really low and sizes were sold out. Next year hopefully? The local feel of this store is great. Instead, we ended up purchasing $500 in clothing at Sportsman and Ski Haus instead. read more

Nice little ski town! However, I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated against inside the store. The lady at the front of the store greeted everyone with a smile, but stopped abruptly as soon as she saw my wife and I approached her. We went inside hoping to find something interesting to purchase but all the sales "associates" ignored us except for the nice lady by the women's shoe section. God Bless her kind heart! I will Never Ever enter that store again. Please, do not bother to go inside that store if you are an individual who looks different. Beautiful mountains and sceneries overshadowed by total IGNORANCE!!! read more

Great local store. I usually go in twice a year for their end of season sales events. They have a great selection of shoes for summer or winter. They also carry gloves, beanies and other winter apparel. They are attached to Montana Coffee Traders so I like grabbing a cup of coffee and strolling through the store. read more

I called The Toggery with a question about a pair of boots I had seen. I spoke to Carrie and she helped me determine the model of the boots, informed me of the sizes they had and offered to put them on hold for 24 hours. They have a great selection of quality clothing and they do not over price anything which is hard to find. The fitting rooms are kind of cute to. They have a really big mirror inside that looks like an antique. If they had more people staffed there it might be easier to get some help but I don't think taking a star away from them because they are busy would make sense so try to make it in when it isn't to busy if you want advice on how clothes will fit otherwise you will be in and out of the dressing room a couple of times. read more
