Double Charged and No Accountability: BEWARE Please make sure to check your credit card statement if you shop here. I was charged twice for a single transaction totaling $227.63-and the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. I spoke with a woman named Christina, and rather than taking ownership or even offering a basic apology, she immediately shifted the blame to the credit card processing company. She told me they were closed and the issue would be addressed the following morning. Two days later-no update on my card, no call back. So I followed up myself AGAIN. Christina did not even acknowledge she forgot both to follow up and to handle the issue. Still, no apology for the oversight. Then, to make matters worse, she told me she couldn't credit the full amount and proceeded to argue with me that the store only charged once. She said she has to call their credit card processor for the remaining amount and sounded annoyed. This mistake should have been handled promptly. It's been 6 days, and I have yet to receive my credit back. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But the complete lack of responsibility, professionalism, and customer care is what prompted this review. I had an outstanding amazing time at this place. I went there to find either shorts or a skirt hobbling long on crutches. We had outstanding service from Eden and Scarlet. Were they accommodated me through a whole outfit. As I had packed for this trip like it was fall cool weather not hot sun summer weather. I highly recommend this place. So I love this store. I used to model clothing for them a few years back. It's my go-to boutique for unique, no-one-else has it clothing or jewelry. I live outside of whitefish and am a full time graduate student who hardly ever gets the chance to splurge in one of my favorite stores, Sappari. How unfortunate when, on my birthday, I bought a beautiful pounded silver ring with a sweet little gold piece hanging off of it, for $56 (plus resort tax). Here's the unfortunate part: the sweet little hold piece fell off! Well, I noticed the loss ironically when I headed up to Ladies Night in whitefish tonight. I said to myself, "of course I can ask the owners to fix the error by offering a solution." Rather, they said I could run a receipt up in my free time. Welp. That won't be happening anytime soon. I was sincerely hoping that the owners would have been a bit more gracious with me regarding the ring and how a $56 piece of jewelry should have held up. I think it would have been appropriate for Sappari to give me a new replacement ring in this case. read more

Whenever we're in Whitefish, we always make it a point to stop here. Just be prepared to spend some time here because there is so much to look at. I was was visiting Whitefish for the first time last summer and strolled by Sappari where my eyes landed on the most beautiful sweet dress. I had to see it personally so I entered the store. Wow! It was like a clothing menagerie or better,...your best friends closet. I could not get over how many things I fell in love with at this place. I bought a pair of jeans that fit like a glove, a really different artsy top, a belt and a small, sweet blue leather nap sack. I was considering buying another piece of luggage at this point !!! The stuff in there is soo cute and unique. Every women will find something to wear there. Plus the ladies who helped me were all awesome and fun. If I ever go back to Whitefish I will make it a point to go there. I wish they had a Website!!! read more
