I am originally from Montana, now living in Washington, and sure miss Big Sky Country! These types of items are so great for gifts or to buy for myself to wear and have to remind me of home! I placed an order for a t-shirt and a picture frame. The t-shirt is so soft and comfortable and really like the material. The picture frame is the shape of the state of Montana, rustic, and absolutely love it. What really struck me as over-the-top, was the packaging. The packaging was nicely done, with extra care taken to make sure my items didn't break or get damaged during delivery. When I opened my package, there was also the sweetest thank you card and picture of the owners and family. What a sweet and thoughtful personal touch to show their appreciation and gratitude for your business. When I saw this, I just thought what a sweet and thoughtful family they are to add this extra something special to show their thanks, and fell in love with them and the store even more. So disheartening since we had been to this store two days prior and purchased over $600 in merchandise..... but the staff there a few days prior were VERY kind; helpful and had manners....but not this Manager, she told us to talk to the owner if we had a problem and threw a card at us. Only returned to purchase multiple souvenirs, but left purchasing NOTHING due to the rude staff! Purchased multiple souvenirs from shops around this location, they were kind and happy to make a sale.
