It's near fifth street in Clovis, so it's nowhere near my usual shopping venues. When you first walk in, you get the feeling that you're someplace very unique. There aren't tons of the same items. Every piece of furniture and other decor is displayed so tastefully. It felt like a shop you'd find in SF. Very classy. The owner and another worker were so very helpful. No creepy salesman vibe here. They were helpful and obviously knew what they were doing. I really can't say enough about this store. I will definitely continue to purchase my furniture here. Andy helped me find the right color and fabric I was seeking, which wasn't an easy task because I am rather picky when it comes to textures. The most important part of my wonderful experience with Brick & Mortar was that I gave him my price range and he made it happen with free delivery. The sectional arrived within 3 weeks and Andy delivered and carefully set it up immediately. I could not be happier. The pricing is reasonable, but sometimes the service is not so great. Am I right? But today the service was outstanding. The woman that helped me her name was Lola. I've seen her many times and the reason why she stands out because she's always so friendly. Well I got her register today. We had so much fun chatting while She rang up my items. She was helpful, professional and she went the extra mile to wrap all my glass pumpkins individually. The store looked fantastic. It was well organized. I will definitely be returning hopefully sooner than later because I love visiting HomeGoods, and Lola makes it so much more fun!!

Now that I see they've purchased from other large stores as well as HomeGoods I see that they are particularly greedy with their prices at this store. I usually love coming here because I admire their stock and the way they display their booths. As a higher up at HomeGoods I can easily recognize that tons of items in this store are purchased from HG/TJ Maxx/Marshall's and resold for usually 3-4x the price, but I've always been willing to look past that because we have so many "collectors" who buy and resell our products in various markets anyways. I recently bought a gingerbread man garland from the store for $15 and when the lady sold it to me, she said the owner of that booth "handmade" all the garlands. However, I visited Hobby Lobby a few days later and found the same garlands that were in the store that they claimed were homemade. Not to mention the garland was only $7 in Hobby Lobby. I don't mind the reselling but do not lie about your products.

He was careful with the rain and ensured we were able to load the truck in a spot that would keep the furniture piece dry. This store sells quality furniture for good prices. I went there Friday, 5/22/2026, and my wife and I purchased about $ 85.00 worth of items. For myself, I like the t-shirts at your store. They are only $3.40. I bought four of them. The next morning, I put the green one on I bought. The tag was marked XL, my size, I couldn't get it on. After looking at it, it seemed to be a medium, but, it was marked as an XL. I went back to Hobby Lobby that morning to return it for a XL. I was greeted by a first and I explained it must have been marked wrong. The first lady I spoke to became accusatory and made an allegation that I washed it and am now trying to return it. I tried to explain to her I buy these t-shirt all the time and even if it was washed, they do not shrink this small. the other lady who was there at this time said just go and get another one. This was the response I was expecting to receive. However the first lady was still jumping to the conclusion that I was trying something illegal to get or change a $3.40 t-shirt. she insisted the second lady call for the manager. The manager immediately told me to just exchange the t-shirt for another one. It probably cost me more in gas. I am giving 5 stars for the second lady and the manager for helping me and not accusing me of something illegal. I give the first lady 0 stars because all she did was jump to a conclusion I was a thief and for refusing to hear anything I had to say. Thank you to the second lady and the Manager. But the selection was wonderful. The sales were great. I was impressed by the customer service at the registers the supervisor notice that they were a long line and she brought up many cashiers to get through the line so I was super impressed that she was aware of the backup happening in the store. The sales were very good so I felt like I really got my money worth.
