If you've never been here before, do yourself a favor; grab a beverage and keep your afternoon wide open because you'll need the extra time to walk down the lamp aisle. Yes, there's not just one but multiple aisles dedicated to just lamps. Once you're done with the lamp aisle, head over to the pillow section, or maybe you're in the market for a new area rug, couch, tables, or art for your bare walls. There's a dedicated section for everything! Price wise It can be hit or miss. More hits than misses! Typically the seasonal stuff, Halloween, Christmas, summer, etc, are the higher priced items, but just wait until the holiday is over and you'll see price drops. We bought a brand new Christmas tree here (see pics) and it was on the a pricey side, but the quality is amazing and we really needed a new tree. Did I mention there are six aisles just for Christmas trees?! The service here is awesome and I recommend signing up for their rewards program if you plan on becoming a regular customer. They also have the same return system as Costco. No need for a receipt just bring it back, they'll look up the CC you used and do the exchange or return.

It's near fifth street in Clovis, so it's nowhere near my usual shopping venues. When you first walk in, you get the feeling that you're someplace very unique. There aren't tons of the same items. Every piece of furniture and other decor is displayed so tastefully. It felt like a shop you'd find in SF. Very classy. The owner and another worker were so very helpful. As a higher up at HomeGoods I can easily recognize that tons of items in this store are purchased from HG/TJ Maxx/Marshall's and resold for usually 3-4x the price, but I've always been willing to look past that because we have so many "collectors" who buy and resell our products in various markets anyways. I recently bought a gingerbread man garland from the store for $15 and when the lady sold it to me, she said the owner of that booth "handmade" all the garlands. However, I visited Hobby Lobby a few days later and found the same garlands that were in the store that they claimed were homemade. Not to mention the garland was only $7 in Hobby Lobby. The pricing is reasonable, but sometimes the service is not so great. Am I right? But today the service was outstanding. The woman that helped me her name was Lola. I've seen her many times and the reason why she stands out because she's always so friendly. Well I got her register today. We had so much fun chatting while She rang up my items. She was helpful, professional and she went the extra mile to wrap all my glass pumpkins individually. The store looked fantastic. It was well organized. Her role included a complete "gut" and redesign of five bathrooms and two kitchens, as well as new floors, paint, lighting, fixtures and furniture throughout the entire main house and a guest house. She made selections, created design boards, and discussed the pros and cons of various selections with us without making it overwhelming. It was important to us that the houses be beautiful while still being practical/durable (we have a young child and two large dogs), welcoming, cozy and having a great "flow" throughout, and she absolutely delivered. Kristie has unique ideas, is incredibly creative, works hard to save her clients money and stay in budget, has great communication skills, and, most importantly, is a joy to work with.
