There were a few of us in line just waiting to be checked out and this lady, whom I later found out was a Manager went behind the registers and started yelling at one of the cashiers. The cashier looked as if she were working. I witnessed her running in between registers then back to the other employee at the end. I'm not sure what was going on. But, Josette the manager came back to the counter and yelled at the cashier saying I heard, you talking. Why don't you say it to my face. I'm just posting this to let all future employees know what they're going to have to face if they get a job here.

I emailed Swank and they refused to give me a refund or even offer to replace it because it was longer than 2 weeks and suggested I file a claim with UPS.
