The adult clothes look like kiddie clothes with less and less material. Those kind of shirts that don't make it to your waist line. Also noticing the material on the jeans is getting thinner. Kohl's is a good "go to" for clothes and home goods. They have good decorating ideas.I have found that returns are easy and to take Amazon returns for hassle free Returns. The only downside is that I have found is that, if your are not a wise shopper, the total adds up quickly as the low prices are not so low as your cart fills with perceived bargains. I like the friendly cashiers, the clean restrooms and wide aisles for asserts. Shopping bags are available as well. We went shopping here on Black Friday as part of our traditional start of holiday season shopping. This store used to have a fabulous Christmas area with lots of items to choose from but this year was very disappointing. The Christmas section is now at the front of the store, small, and had Christmas ornaments that looked like last year's. There were not really any sales on toys and overall the selection was not as it has been in the past. Even the stocking stuffer area was lacking any variety. One last complaint - what happened to all the kitchen ware?????? There were lots of ugly Christmas sweaters/shirts - more than in the past. They have signs posted mandating masks for customers but I stood in line as the attendant who was tasked with requesting customers use a mask let some crabby lady and daughter walk in without a mask. The attendant offered a mask to her and she griped with dead eyes that she couldn't wear the paper mask she was being offered because it caused her to break out in a rash. The attendant just folded like a punk and let her walk through like it's no big deal. She's exactly the the type of person who shouldn't be allowed to shop there without a mask because it's clear she has no respect for the severity of COVID-19 or concern for those around her. I recommend shopping somewhere else if Kohl's doesn't care to protect its patrons enforcing a mask policy. Perhaps they should hire a security guard instead of using 5'3 cashier to enforce the policy. read more

Horrible Company. They switched computer systems at their corporate offices and it kicked a lot of people off of autopay including me. I received a 30 day late and contacted them. A manager told me their new systems had several issues and one of them was kicking people off of autopay. She took my late payment away and told me the 30 day late would be removed. Now they say I should have paid more attention. REALLY? They way offer autopay if I have to check every month thet YOUR system is operating correctly? Absolutely Horrible. read more

I come here often, especially now since it's the holiday season. And I've never had any issues. I love that they have so much nice stuff on their clearance racks, haha. I mostly place my orders online and come in to pick up. I don't usually have to wait long to get my order, and the customer service is amazing. THIS REVIEW IS INTENDED AS A WARNING TO POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES OF THE SEPHORA INSIDE THIS STORE. Please note that this is not coming from a place of bitterness as I RAN out of there AS FAST AS I COULD.. It's simply to bring light to the fact that the Leader of the Sephora in this location is UNFIT to hold such a position and needs to be trained on how to conduct a proper interview. This is based on the interview I had with this woman last Wednesday (NOV 3, 2021). I applied for a part time Beauty Advisor at Sephora in this location. The process was quick and easy. I applied on a Friday morning, heard back the following Monday morning and set up my interview for that Wednesday. The customer service reps were friendly and one of the other managers kindly let me know that the person I was interviewing with would be along shortly. So far so good. About 20 minutes later, this "Sephora Leader" came along. When she finally walked up to me, she didn't say a word. All she did was give me a very obvious up down (I was dressed professionally) and then asked me in a barely audible tone to follow her. She lead me to her office where she fumbled around on her computer in order to pull up my candidate information, maintaining her silence. She was clearly frustrated and did little to hide it. When she finally spoke it wads simply to inform me that she wasn't aware that I was coming and blamed her leadership for not informing her sooner. (Their hiring process is unique in that candidates sign up for their own appointment slots from a bank of options and are texted all communication leading up to the in person interview). I tried to lighten the mood by saying I understood and then asked how her day was because I wanted to make a good impression.. but looking back, she didn't want me there and it was OBVIOUS! When she finally pulled up information and printed the questionnaire, we began with her stating in a very rude tone, "I guess you want to tell me about yourself." I gave a brief synopsis of my work experience/relevant skills and spoke to my love for beauty/the beauty industry. "Why do you want to work for Kohls." I shared with her a few of my why's, referencing their mission statement, and some of their community partnerships that I was drawn to. She literally said, "Well, I don't care about that" She then asked me EVERY SINGLE QUESTION on the form. I think it was around 12-15 in total, many of which were the same question asked in a different way. It felt redundant and as I have been a hiring manager before, I can speak from experience. Those questionnaires are generally broken down into segments of core values/competencies, and typically you choose 1 or 2 from each section to ask a candidate because they are usually the same question worded differently. I gave what I felt were excellent answers, drawing on my 14+ years of retail and customer service experience. One particular question stood out to me as maybe being the nail in my coffin of potential employment. "How would you move a customer around the 'worlds' in our store?" Not being told otherwise, I answered as if the question pertained to the entire Kohls store. It was a fair assumptiton. She looked at me like I had done something wrong and corrected me stating that 'worlds' are an exclusively Sephora term. ((MY BAD!)) To be fair, my answer was sufficient and would have applied to any definition of that term. Also, you might have given me a heads up! She then told me this position was SEASONAL and verified I was okay with it. I likely showed some apprehension on my face when she asked this as the specific job listing had not said seasonal. However, I said that was fine and asked if seasonal positions could turn into permanent positions. She said, "No, only 1 of you will get to stay and that will be whoever impresses me the MOST, but I've hired 16 of you so far.." (Maybe it's just me, but that goes without saying. Obviously this is the case, but as a leader, your job is to lead by example and be professional. The way she delivered this response was gross. There are better ways to state this. She didn't give me the chance to ask her questions, but I had them, so I waited until the appropriate time and asked a few. Q: I understand this opportunity is part time, but can you tell me how many hours to expect? Will it be close to 20? A: I mean, I can't even answer that question. The Holiday hours will change it a little, but you definitely won't get even close to 20. Likely 12 max because as I said, I've already hired 16 other people.. Q: Okay, and will there be opportunities for me to grow within the company? A: No, definitely not. I'm the top person and so I get 40 hours each week. Plus, I have two assistant leaders. There will never be an opportunity. Needless to say, I ran out. I'm dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism displayed by this woman. Her ability to diminish her company and its values was astounding! read more

Yea! I grew up going to this Kohl's so I have good memories of this place. Be sure to check online frequently for 15% - 20% off savings pass that are usually good Thursday-Sunday. A lot of things are on sale at Kohl's at any given time and the extra 15% - 20% off is icing on the cake. There is a ton of housewares, bath, luggage, perfume, clothing, accessories, and shoes here for men, women, and kids. This Kohl's is only one floor so everything's pretty easily accessible. Brands I like here: Chaps (made by the same company as Ralph Lauren), Simply Vera Vera Wang, Mudd for shoes. The quality and designs for Chaps rival the mother brand (RL), and I have gotten a lot of compliments from my Chaps bag! And I am usually one to carry labels too, so it tells you something. Kohl's also has Fila and Nike for the athletic brands for clothing and shoes and they're usually on sale too. I find that Kohl's items usually hold up pretty well, too. I abused a pair of heels for a good two years and they were still fine before I decided to replace them. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop around. read more

I wasn't going to write this review of Kohl's, but when I found myself in Augusta, and having forgot a few of my shirts for work, I stopped in a competiting store and found no clothes to my taste. When I walked in Kohl's however, not only did I find a lot of clothes that were more to my liking, but they were heavily reduced prices due to seemingly store wide sales. I purchased a white button down collared shirt and a pair of khakis, and both pieces of clothing were 50% off, and I walked out of the store paying less than 50 bucks for them. Kinda a steal, when one shirt at a competition was $30 in price. Sure, staff will try to sign you up for their kohl's card, and they have kohl's cash, which you can use towards purchases. I visit kohl's very infrequently, but I must admit that every time I go in, I find wonderful steals, and it makes me wonder why I don't come in more often. Excellent deals, quality clothing, nice bonuses like kohl's cash, for even heavier discounts. All worth it to pay these guys (or any kohl's) a visit. read more

I wish they had more name brands & sell clothing that would be a better range of styles for the areas demographic. White the buyers for this store? How about instead of having all skinny jeans are all mom jeans are all stretchy jeans. The location needs to have actual fashion tend or something that is similar to what's on trend. Sorry Barbra, this area is not made on 80 year-old consumer's fashion, that's what Belk is for because that sure don't carry by size of style there. That's their mark key. Your market of to Carter to the community's demographic, ranging from teens, millennials, and mathematics with style. They are looking for a clothing and department goods style that clothes fit, exhibit their style + are not so something old fashioned, over saturated and found elsewhere cheaper, & not just boring. How can you sell boring clothes for such expensive clothes like irrelevant celebrities not known for their style like Jennifer Lopez? I can get stretchy butt pants from Rue 21 or Rainbow. Don't get me wrong I loved cold ever since I was able to drive and I was in Athens Georgia which was and is still my favorite store location , unless they've gone down. However, here I hit the jewelry dept first; there's always something unique they're selling, which gives an idea on what clothes I decide to purchase. Kohls fills a need for home accessories and wedding registry items that I just don't get with Target. I could spend an hour feeling towels and bath sheets while comparing colors to shower curtains and customized toothbrush holders. It can be a nightmare for some but an afternoon well spent for me. The aisles are always kept up well with holiday merchandising and I can always find something I didn't need while perusing the sale racks. The great thing is that most items are always on a 40% off deal so you're bound to walk away with guilt free outfits, waffle irons or shoes. W read more

Obviously it's hard to rate a big box store since they're all very similar. If you've ever been to a Kohl's, you know what to expect. Obnoxious Juniors clothes and a women's section that bypasses 20-somethings and heads straight into 35+ territory. The swimwear section is particularly bad. They have a handful of cutesie swimsuits for tweens and several racks of matronly tankinis and one-pieces. That's it. What gives?? Where are the bikinis for adults? Usually the fitting rooms are pretty bad, with lots of clothes left behind, broken door locks, and barely any hooks. Despite all this, there are cute things to be found here. Most Kohls are pretty much the same. This one was pretty decently cleaned up, but I wasn't overly impressed with the sales or what items were on sale. I've definitely seen much better! I hadn't shopped in Kohl's before so I decided to check them out and see what their merchandise was like. It was around holiday time so there was quite a few sales going on. I saw a lot of affordable brands from renown design houses. That was cool, making it easy for the working Joe to experience luxury. The racks of clothing were in disarray in the women's section. You really had to go through each rack and examine each piece to see if it wasn't damaged and in pristine condition. I did find a sweater for a nice price. There was many products represented bedding, perfume, shoes, clothing and jewelry. I will definitely be back to check out more of this store!!! read more

I live in Aiken, SC, but anytime I go over to Augusta, I end up stopping by this Kohl's. They have great sales on a regular basis and a wide range of quality clothing for women and juniors that I have found to be both fashionable and reasonably priced (if on sale). They sell fantastic bras here, and I stock up for our whole family when they have their bra sales about 4 times each year. I do have a Kohl's credit card, and I constantly receive coupons, plus I receive anniversary discounts and a birthday discount every year. The only downside I have experienced here is that the shoe section doesn't have a great selection, and that two purses that I have purchased here have had the zipper break in less than a year, while I have purses that I bought from other stores that I have had for almost 10 years that are still in near-perfect condition. I would also like to mention that the staff here is very courteous and the customer service is great; Kohl's has a very customer-friendly return policy. read more
