My back and arm had been hurting for a while and getting worse. Nothing I did was helping it improve. My shoulder started locking up. Doctors were telling me to take Tylenol. I was only able to sleep 2 hours a night. It was so painful I couldn't help with my kids or even go to work. Dr Ross saw me and was able to alleviate the pain, the only relief I could find, with different techniques. He also figured out I had a herniated disc in my back! I was looking for a chiropractor who had ART training, and really was focused on healing patients - not the sales deal. I finally had enough pain where I needed treatment - and went in with scapula & shoulder, trap and cervical neck pain. When I went into the office, I was greeted by Dr Ross's assistant, Kenna who is AMAZING, and so sweet and welcomed me with open arms. Her energy brings you into the space and made the experience so welcoming. Dr Ross was really top notch, the BEST and really thoughtful - he took the time to get a true comprehensive understanding of what what going on through a verbal consultation, where he took incredible notes, drawings, clarified points for precision, and then repeated them back to me to ensure they were correct. Once he pinpointed a few areas, he recommended treatment. We did ART (which is what drew me to his practice and what I was looking for), dry needling and a few light adjustments, where he always asked permission before executing any of them! Additionally, going in a few minutes early allowed me to use the warming packs for the areas giving me pain to loosen everything up before treatment which was incredible. He gave me exercises to do at home through a super easy app with videos, that allowed me to really keep up the healing that Dr Ross was doing in office. I did these every night in between treatments. I was looking for a place that was honest, authentic and evidence based - and I found it here - I went 3 times and BOOM, I'm good as new. DR Ross is Amazing with his work. Every time I come here , I get so much relief and pain free. I would back again and again and again.

When I called to book I was asked whether I wanted to do a 30-minute or 60-minute appointment. I asked if there was a price difference and was told "no, with your insurance it's the same, $25." So naturally from that you'd expect the 60-min session to be $25, right? After I was done I was told it was $50: $25 for the exam, $25 for the session. I've been to countless chiros over the years and have NEVER been charged for the original intake. At least if they'd been up front with me, I could have lived with it. We did a long intake and finally got to the "session" with about 10-minutes to go. I asked multiple times "will you have time to get my hips? They're really what killing me right now." Never got to the hips. What we did do is mark various parts of my body with a market, a quick adjustment, and about 5 minutes of dry-needling the shoulders and neck. I left with no relief, the part I asked for not addressed and feeling like he threw in that 5-minutes of needling to be able to bill my insurance for a "session." 10 minutes total is not a session. He also tried to sell me on IV services. So I left paying for a 30-minute session I did not receive, an exam I wasn't told I was getting charged for, and a painful area completely ignored. I read all these amazing reviews and I don't get it. My experience was poor, I wouldn't go back. read more

He was very informative and came up with a detailed plan for my recovery process that included dry needling and cupping, and other methods! With the transition to work-from-home during the COVID-19 pandemic and related stress, my shoulders and back were experiencing a lot of stiffness and pain. Dr.Ross was fantastic! He was thorough and used visuals to explain why the pain and stiffness were present and gave detailed information about a course of treatment. He uses complementary alternative therapies to adjustments, including cupping and acupuncture; the cupping he did on my back provided immediate relief. Moreover, I appreciate that there is no pressure to make recurring appointments and he encourages the patient's feelings to guide the treatment plan. In terms of payment and billing, Dr. Ross and his staff, Nate, were completely transparent about insurance coverage and cost so surprise billing is not a thing. I saw Dr. Ross for the first time over the weekend and have nothing but good things to say. He was extremely accommodating with my schedule (saw me on a Sunday), friendly, and thorough. His office has a spa like feel, which was a nice touch. The appointment was different than most chiropractic appointments, where the doctor does a quick adjustment and you're on your way. He started with a consultation, then did soft tissue work, cupping, acupuncture, and an adjustment. The acupuncture and cupping are something that I was interested in and not necessary if it's not your thing. I felt great immediately after the appointment and even better since then. Dr Kyle Ross has been pretty amazing, a few weeks ago I wasn't able to walk without being in back pain. I had a sports related injury. Powerlifter/cyclist.
