Couple years ago, the ownership changed with better service. The new owner, Robert is the best owner caring customer first I've ever seen. A few month ago, I forgot leaving my two white floor mats in dryer. He was nice enough to give me a call to remind me to pick up my floor mat. He was very social and kind to customers. He kindly tells me how to use the laundry machine and dryer best and save money. It looks like he cares the welfare of customer more than his own profit. I ended up here because my favorite water place was closed. I happened to drive by, saw the water…read moresign, and made a U-turn to give this place a try. Parking was a nightmare. The business is right next to the street and has virtually no parking -- only about three street parking spaces. I literally had to fight to find a spot. It was also dangerous trying to pull in and out because of the oncoming traffic from Washington. There is very little room to maneuver, which made the parking situation even more frustrating and unsafe. Once I got inside, I mentioned to the man working there that parking was a real pain. His response was extremely rude and dismissive. He basically told me, "It is what it is. If you don't like it, you don't have to come here to get water." That attitude completely turned me off. The way he spoke to me came across as very disrespectful and dismissive toward me as a woman -- almost like a "don't tell me what to do" attitude. I got my water and left. I will never come back. Customer service matters, and there was absolutely no sense of courtesy, care, or appreciation for the customer here. I would rather drive farther to go somewhere where customers are actually treated with respect. The only reason I give a 2 star is he push my water to my car.

I had been a paying customer in good standing with Urban Oasis, and my only "issue" was that I…read moredidn't consume water fast enough for their delivery schedule. Instead of water delivery being a convenience, it became something I had to actively manage -- tracking bottle counts, timing usage, and adjusting my routine just to stay within their service structure. That completely defeats the purpose of having water delivered in the first place. I had a large amount of water on site that I had already paid for, but because my usage didn't align with their internal turnover expectations, they chose to discontinue service. There were no payment problems, no missed deliveries, no disputes -- just a mismatch between how quickly they wanted bottles cycled and how a normal person actually uses water. A customer's life shouldn't have to revolve around a company's bottle logistics. Service should adapt to real usage, not require customers to restructure their routines to fit a rigid delivery model. Dumped by a water delivery company? Yes. If you go with this company, understand that flexibility is very limited, and if your consumption pattern doesn't match their system, you may be pushed out -- even if you're a reliable paying customer.
