He was so rude to me asking me what I did to his coin dispenser like I'm supposed to know why it's broken? He kept telling me I only put 25 cents in when I know I put in 90 this is the kind of shit that black people have to deal with that the world is just coming to fucking realize btw! Then he proceeds to find all the money I put in there as well as other people's money that had been stuck as well. No apology nothing doesn't even speak to us just gives back some of our change not all of it locks the door and puts up the metal bars. It's sad to be randomly treated like this in on of your favorite spots. No apology from someone who has seen me every week for the better part of 2 years. No care. No customer service at all. My pool cover is 1 year old and is halfway torn in half, holes everywhere, and every time we take it off the pool there are little bits of it everywhere that have fallen off and I have to scoop out with the net. According to the manager, the warranty doesn't cover the fact that their product only lasts 5 minutes. It only covers the seams where it is glued together. Don't tell me "it's not my fault...it's the company". B.S. You chose to have this product and this warranty on your shelves therefore it represents your business.
