I come at least once a week it's always great. I only get their purified water but theu also sell alkaline water as well. Be sure to get a stamp card for some free water after some fills. Honestly, I am not sure if it is just me they do not like, but every time I come here, I am treated like I do not matter. Most of the times I arrive, there are people there, or people behind me and I am ignored. I have to go to the outside vending machine to fill my water on my own because I rather just not deal with their poor service. The other day was the final straw, and that is why I decided to write this review once and for all. I arrived and there was a man who arrived at the same time as me. He pulled up with a van with about 30 empty 5-galllon jugs. I walk in and as soon as the lady sees me, she says she has 30 to fill up in front of me, so it's going to take a while if I am interested in waiting like 10 minutes, or I can just go and fill them myself outside... I had groceries in my car, in a hot day, so I could not wait 10 minutes. I did not mention this to her, but I did mention I did not have enough change to fill my two 5-gallon jugs myself. She didn't care. Irritated with this place at this point, I just went outside and pulled out whatever change I had in my wallet and filled up what I could on my own. I did not get to fill both jugs, unfortunately. I left irritated. Here is the thing; I am a very understanding person when it comes to service, since I have worked in both food and retail growing up, and I know how horrible some customers can be. So I am very forgiving and patient with those who work in service. What I didn't understand is why couldn't she fill my jugs IN BETWEEN the 30 she was filling for the gentleman? It would have been easy to fill one of mine at a time while the other faucets were running for the other guy. She could have checked me out as well while they were running. She probably felt overwhelmed, but I have seen them fill multiple people at a time before in the past. Like I said, I don't know if it is me they do not like, or what. Maybe making 60 dollars at the moment was more important for her, than making 3.50 from me. I am going to make sure I bring my own cash from now on and fill them on my own outside from now on. For those of us who refuse to drink tap water (and with the recent poor quality in the past few years, as well as the microbial elements which I'm sure if you thought about it would put you off doing it, too), what a relief to find this place. With the kitchen torn up, meaning the RO unit isn't hooked up right now, we were anxious to find a source for water because we use quite a lot (e.g., minimum 64 oz. daily in drinking water, plus hot beverages, ++). Nice owner to deal with, the water goes through a gazillion processes so we felt fine with it, every imaginable size of container is available, and so we ended up buying 21 gallons, which should last us a day or two LOL :-). read more

The water here has a very low ppm, less than 10. The lady who runs the shop always does the filling, she is even nice enough to clean the dust off the tops of the bottles. I used to go to another local water store rhymes with "Baloha pure water" they were rude and seemed annoyed by all the water bottles I brought in. Luckily I found La Cascada! Edith is so helpful as soon as we pull up she's ready to help. She has this system to help us fill our 28, 5 gallon bottles in about 15 mins. It helps that her water system is so fast it doesn't slow down the pressure while filling them all at the same time. She also has alkaline! Im a relatively new customer, maybe 50 fills in, but I will no longer be their customer. The water tastes great. The prices are good, and up until now, the customer service was impeccable. On my last visit, my full 5 gallons of water tipped off the cart and broke, sending 5 gallons of water all over the floor. It was a busy time in the store and I could tell that the young man working was pissed off. I felt terrible about the spill and I helped him clean it up with the towels he provided. I don't know wtf made the bottle tip, I had moved the rolling cart just an inch and it just fell. My fault? The cart? Idk and now don't care; it was an accident, I didn't shove the fricking bottle off the cart. The bottle was a $28 bpa-free bottle that I purchased from them. I asked if he would replace it and he flat out said no. A very kind man saw how upset I was and bought me a regular 5 gallon bottle and had it filled for me so I'd have the water I had came for. Fast forward a few days .. I stopped by the store to speak with the owner and she too would not replace the bottle. She said sometimes as a courtesy she would, but she did not feel the need to extend that courtesy to me apparently. She also said that because that, very kind, customer bought me a regular bottle that's all Im entitled to. So, they've lost my business, but not my word of mouth. I'm disappointed in the poor customer service they provided, and the lack of appreciation they have shown for one of their dedicated customers. I will never shop where my business is not appreciated. I've been in customer service for 40 years; in my opinion, they should have replaced the $28 bottle, but instead, now, they won't have my business which amounts to way over a little $28. Not worth it for them and not cool at all!! read more
