I have struggled with doing a review for Bobby's Gutter Cleaning & Repair. They came recommended…read moreby the roofing company I trust. Bobby, the owner, is very personable, knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable priced. He came out in July and gave me a quote to high pressure wash my roof, repair 11 leaking gutter seams and install aluminum gutter filters. Work was performed in August and then we received about ¼" of rain in September. I was surprised when 5 of the gutter seams and 1 of my downspouts were leaking! Good thing there is a 1 year warranty. Bobby responded quickly and scheduled the repair. One week later, I found a bag of metal screws was left on my lower roof. Overall, I am happy with Bobby and his employee Nate, but I feel the attention to detail by other employees was lacking. One of the branches on my plant was damaged as they dragged the hose around, some of the lower tiles - which were removed to accommodate the gutter filters - were not repositioned correctly, the 6 leaks and finding the bag of metal screws. I feel hopeful the improvements will be beneficial with our upcoming wet winter, but curious how my gutters seams will hold. On a personal note, if you have your roof power washed, I recommend you unhook your downspout rain barrel and cover your sprinkler valves - it was my mistake not to cover them and it caused more work for myself.

TERRIFYING ROAD RAGE INCIDENT INVOLVING THE OWNER OF BOBBY GUTTER CLEANING -- POLICE CALLED…read more I am absolutely appalled by the reckless, aggressive, and downright terrifying behavior I experienced from the OWNER of Bobby Gutter Cleaning. What began as an ordinary traffic merge escalated into an extremely dangerous road rage incident that put both my child and me at risk. His lane was merging into mine, and I had already allowed one vehicle to merge ahead of me. When he attempted to force his way in immediately afterward and I was unable to let him, he became visibly enraged. He began flipping me off, aggressively tailgating my vehicle, and driving in an increasingly threatening manner.I made MULTIPLE attempts to get away from him. Rather than allowing me to distance myself, he repeatedly swerved into my lane. When I attempted to change lanes to escape his aggressive behavior, he swerved directly in front of my vehicle and brake-checked me. He continued making dangerous maneuvers like he was intentionally trying to run us off the road. His behavior became so frightening that I called the police. Officers responded and searched the area for him, but he had already left before they could locate him. I'm pretty sure he knew I was on the phone with 911. All of this over a routine lane merge. What makes this even more disturbing is that THIS WAS THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS. Not an employee, not a subcontractor, but the individual whose name and reputation are associated with Bobby Gutter Cleaning. I would seriously question placing my trust in someone who displayed this level of aggression and disregard for the safety of others. I am sharing this experience so that others in our community can make informed decisions about whom they choose to support and do business with. Your character is not defined solely by the work you perform. It is also reflected in how you treat people when you think no one is holding you accountable. Guy is a lose cannon and someone is going to get seriously injured or killed. I'm saddened to see a lot of other people have had the same experience with him.

The next day, when the sun was shining through, I noticed some marks that were missed and some water spots from areas that maybe dried before they were able to squeegee it. I contacted the company and he sent them out right away on the next business day to take care of it. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for the great service! Do not recommend using this company's gutter guards. I purchased brand new gutters and guards for…read moremy house a couple years ago- still within the labor warranty. Imagine you have a coffee filter and you turn that into a gutter guard. A hydrophobic mesh guard that essentially rolls water right over the gutters thus defeating the purpose of gutters. Within the first year of the gutters, I did have a problem with leaks in the seams of the downspouts, which they had someone come and fix, so they did get that part right. However, I'm disappointed by their customer service and lack of accountability to come to a solution for the guards after multiple calls and a no show, they even sent someone out and still were unable to authorize removing the guards, which only took about an hour for us to remove and should not have been recommended in the first place. In addition to rolling water off the top, the thickness of the guards pushed up the roof shingles, trapping water as you can see from the photos.

After another company gave me a pretty outrageous price, I called City Gutters, who evaluated my situation over the phone. After texting several photos, they said they could replace it for their minimum price per job and scheduled me for two days later. I won't be able to see it in action until the next heavy rain obviously, but it looks well-made. I'm glad I got a second opinion after the other company tried to convince me my style of gutters was so hard to work with, hence the high price. The tech built and installed my new downspout in about an hour. I won't hesitate to reach out to them again.

Our washer & dryer were side by side w/the dryer hose passing behind the washer to where it exited--when the old washer became unbalanced it had banged into hose causing the hole that were unknown to us till it was exposed when new washer was installed. A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.
