    If I can give it a negative 5 star I would…read more I am absolutely HORRIFIED by what happened to my dog, Harry, during his mobile grooming appointment. This is not simply about a groomer accidentally nicking a dog and forgetting to tell the owner. Harry came back with TWO separate areas where his hair is missing and the skin underneath is raw, injured, and BLEEDING. When I separated his fur and saw what was underneath, my heart dropped. As his mom, my first thought was: What happened to my dog inside that van? How ROUGH does grooming have to be for a dog to come back with his hair missing, raw skin, and bleeding wounds? Looking at these injuries honestly makes me feel sick. It looks like his skin and coat went through significant trauma. I cannot know exactly what happened because I wasn't inside the grooming van, and Harry obviously cannot tell me. But I know what he looked like before his appointment, and I know what he looked like afterward. Grooming should NEVER leave a dog looking like this. And on top of everything, the groomer handed Harry back to us without saying a single word about either injury. Nothing about irritation. Nothing about bleeding. Nothing about an accident. Nothing. Harry is not an object being washed and brushed. He is a living animal who feels pain and fear. HE IS MY BABY! I trusted this company to handle him gently and safely when I couldn't be there to protect him. Seeing him come back to me like this makes me incredibly angry, but more than anything, it breaks my heart. He cannot speak for himself, so I will speak for him. I am posting the photos because other dog owners deserve to see exactly what Harry looked like after this grooming appointment and make their own decision about whom they trust with their pets. Whatever happened during this appointment was completely unacceptable to me. I will never allow this company to touch Harry again.
