I have an in-curable, chronic and terminal disease which NO ONE was willing to work with. We were heartbroken by the disability discrimination and the way we were treated for being gay given to us by many realtors......and then we had the MOST BRILLIANT experience with Keller Williams agent, Cole Ramey!!! He blew our socks right off by the way he greeted us and listened to our "special needs" medical situation. We may be a " high maintenance" case but we are NOT "high maintenance" girls! We were humbled and grateful to have met him!! He will fight for what is right and he genuinely just wants people to be HAPPY!!! His heart, spirit and energy is infectious! He is a TRUE living example that kindness is still out there in this pessimistic world! Call Cole Ramey to lease or buy your next home!!! He is a Real Estate SUPERHERO & SUPERSTAR!!!!!

My husband and I just closed out our six-month-long buying and selling adventure with Lilly, and I…read morepromptly set out to sing her praises across the internet. I'll be blunt: there are a lot of shady, lazy, and/or unintelligent realtors out there. Lilly is not one of them. When acting as a buyer's agent, Lilly tirelessly scoured the market for homes that met our very specific criteria and was always available to rush to check out properties on short notice. She even set up a few FaceTime sessions to show my husband and me houses we weren't able to physically get to in time. After months of searching, we ended up finding the perfect house due to Lilly's perseverance and sleuthing skills that I can only assume came from her past experience as a journalist. I have no doubt that our perfect new home would have passed us by if she hadn't been working all possible angles in our search. When we pivoted to Lilly acting as a seller's agent, the already-high regard I had for her compounded exponentially. She went above and beyond to help us prepare our house for the market, taking it upon herself to vet make-ready firms, consult with stagers, coordinate professional photography, and even haul off trash in the middle of the night - all without adding a shred of extra stress to my already hectic life. On top of that work ethic, Lilly has an encyclopedic knowledge of rules and regulations within the industry (something I wish my previous realtor had possessed when I sold my first home many years ago). Once it listed, our house was under contract in less than a week and Lilly did everything within her power to ensure a smooth, speedy closing. I realize this is a lot to take in, so I'll give you the tl;dr version: Hire Lilly Rockwell as your realtor. She's awesome.

Other team members I met along the way, like Travis were incredibly flexible, and responsive. There really couldn't be a better group in the business. I had originally started working with Towers in August of 2019 but soon took a break for several months because work had picked up. During my break I was not hassled or pressured in any way. Which was great, because that would have driven me away. When i finally resumed my search, Amber hadn't missed a step. She remembered every detail and it was as if only a few days had passed. She helped me find my perfect home :) She has great taste and was proactively able to present several fantastic homes that were not on my radar during the search. Once I was under contract on my home, Amber guided the process and was able to solve problems and help troubleshoot issues. She was a strong advocate for me throughout - not afraid to negotiate the price when we felt it was the right thing to do or take others to task when they made a mistake on my file. Cheers to Towers Realty!

Kristen Jacobs was highly recommended by a friend, and I am paying it forward to highly recommend…read moreher myself. I had a challenging real estate situation. First, I was responsible for selling the family home in Austin. Second, I live in faraway Pennsylvania. Third, the property was in a reasonably desirable neighborhood, but showed the wear and tear of every one of the 50 years that successive members of my family lived there. Ancient plumbing, worn-out roof, cracked foundation. I decided it would be best to offer this pile as a tear-down. Kristen visited, agreed with me about all the work that obviously DID need to be done, but told me she thought I was mistaken about it being a teardown. She did not say it had "good bones." Rather, she pointed to a good layout, large rooms, and nice design features (the cathedral ceiling with exposed beams in the family room is one example). She asked me to trust her, and I am glad I did! She recommended a dependable crew to clean up the yard, a team to clean the interior (including bathrooms), and suggested that this would be enough to let experienced eyes see that this property was a potential gem, not a disaster. She was right: I was fielding solid offers within 24 hours of listing, and a deal quickly closed at the full asking price, probably twice what I had expected for a teardown. Kristen was there with the data, expertise, and patience that kept me from leaving my family's money on the table. Thank you, Kristen.

Tara McGuire and the entire Bramlett team were truly exceptional. This is the second real estate…read moretransaction we worked on, the first one in 2016. This time around, we were selling and buying. We were impressed with Tara's level of knowledge and the amount of data they had about the market. We received real-time, updated, and, more importantly, understandable information every week, which is helpful as a seller and buyer. Arranging the Condo tours of our current property was easy and stress-free. Their responsiveness was incredible, they professionally helped stage our condominium for selling and made this task simple. When it came time to sell and buy, Tara's knowledge about the process, inspections, and reviewing all the documents was evident. Her delivery of the information was straightforward: She presented the information and talked about the pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. They really treat the situation like they are purchasing the property. They look out for you and have your best interests in mind. Tara was initiative-taking in our quest and purchase for a larger Condo. Knowing our desire to be on a specific floor in our current Condo building, she proactively inquired on our behalf, resulting in us closing on a condominium on the floor we were interested in. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase and sell process simple. She was committed to making sure we were well taken care of. We enthusiastically recommend Tara and the Bramlett team. This is our second engagement with them, and we would not hesitate to recommend Tara McGuire or use her again to sell or buy.
