We have been coming here for a long time--back since the shop felt smaller than the parking lot! Two things keep us coming back: the staff is always friendly, and the flowers are always fresh with a great variety. We usually keep it simple and pick up the fresh flower bouquets with carnations, daisies, lilies, and baby's breath. The price is unbeatable, usually running around $16 to $20'ish. It is super convenient if you are heading to Rose Hills Cemetery. I know there are a lot of people selling flowers from cars/vans on the street, but we prefer to support this brick-and-mortar business. This florist is so charming. I always remember driving past it and never going in. Until now! Just starting by their parking... it is so cute! It has old frontier vibes. You cam already see their patio area and the floral beauties and goodies they sell. It is great visual marketing because it looks so welcoming. The staff there are very nice. The cat there is also sweet. Based on their Instagram account, it looks like there are more than one cat. The one I met is a long hair calico and her name is Precious. She was absolutely purr-fect! It hit me hard when after I pet Precious inside by the flower cooler, she then made her way outside and settled in front of a "Dad" sign. My dad was a lover of cats and that was who I was visiting that day at Rose Hills. I went to this flower ship to buy flower for my dad's grave to celebrate his lunar birthday. So when Precious laid down right in front of the sign that said "Dad"... I felt my late father's presence. At that moment I knew that this place will be a regular place for me to visit and buy flower for my dad. Now going back to the goodies -- besides flowers, they have decor for headstones and grave sites, potted plants, signs, and more! They even have snacks. Price wise -- they have already made bouquets and a decent cost. Since I'm a flora nerd and I like the personal touch -- I did my own bouquet. A lot of the single stem flowers ranged from $2.50 - $7.00. Roses were $5.00 each. The Chamomile bunch stem was $2.50 each. The greenery and baby's breath filler were included. They arranged and tied my bouquet with a bow, which coordinated with the colors. I will definitely be going back for sure. Rosemill has quickly became my go to place for flower purchases for my wife. The staff running the place are always friendly and ready to cut the stems and wrap the flowers for a gift. They have a great variety of options from roses, carnations both large and small, mixed bouquets, succulents and so much more. The prices here are also very good and and the flowers are fresh cut and bloom nicely and last far longer than the flowers being sold on the side of the road by other vendors. They are conveniently located next to Rose Hill Cemetery as well which is a large portion of their business and rightfully so. We come here to get flowers for my great grandparents grave every time we visit rose hills. I always find that the flowers are mediocre and over priced which they can definitely do being right next to the cemetery. I would recommend getting flowers from elsewhere because what they charge for a small mixed bouquet you could get nicer larger one elsewhere. I would also recommend staying away from the little handmade signs and balloons because they always look cheap and fall apart easily but they charge a lot for them. We bought a little handmade butterfly thing to add to the bouquet we bought and it fell apart as soon as we got to the gravesite. The only good thing about this place is it's convenience. The customer service is always non existent or just not great. I think I would recommend looking elsewhere for flowers. read more

She was absolutely amazing to work with and created THE most beautiful arrangements that were exactly what I was hoping for. She was so attentive to all of the details I provided to her (photos from Pinterest and flower colors and flower choices) and like a true artist, she came through with 150% satisfaction from our family. She also delivered personally for us to set up her arrangements at the Rose Hills chapel and did so with SUCH care! I have also, on multiple occasions, just dropped in and shopped Rosemill's already made arrangements and they always have the most extensive and beautiful, creative and artful selection to choose from as well as gorgeous tropicals, orchids and succulent arrangements. So I stopped by this flower shop to pick up a pink bouquet of flowers to drop off at the cemetery for my sister. The bouquets that were displaced with pink roses had really ugly pink roses. I asked the young worker if she could replace them. She was willing to do so but the manager stopped her and turned to say the bouquets are as is. I asked, how much for a pink bouquet but she never answered me, she simply walked away to the back of the store. I was so disappointed that the manager was not willing to make me a pink bouquet of roses. So we left and ended up at the flower shop in the cemetery. Know that Mother's Day was approaching I wanted to send flowers to my mom's work early to bet the rush on the weekend. I wanted to look at a couple of flower shop online to see which is closer to her work. There were about a handful of them but I decided to try this flower shop. I purchased the flowers online as that's what normally what busy people do now in days . It's more convenient and you can have a bigger selection to choose from. The price of the flowers were decent and they arrangements look nice as well. I placed the order on Wednesday and ask to be deliver on Thursday. Literally this flower shop is around the corner from my mom's work. I got an email confirmation saying the order has been placed and I look at my acct and the money's has been deducted too. On Thursday around 5 pm I decided to call the florist to see if the flowers were delivered . The lady that answered was nice but said she never received the order. I told her I got the confirmation email that I will emailed to her now, which I did. She said the manager left for the day and she has no access to it. She said she will call me back ,which she did to tell me she got the order and that it wouldn't be deliver until Friday since it was too late. So it went from no I didn't get your order to yes I got your order. If you decide to order from this place online I would recommend you to follow up with them if not they might miss your order. There are many other flower shops around so I would not be using them again. read more

I stopped by this florist on the day before a scheduled burial. I informed them I wanted a basket with colorful flowers for a cheerful vibe. Just a block from Rosehills Cemetary, it is very convenient to buy flowers here. You would think that the prices would be expensive but they are very reasonably priced. Rosemill is the most convenient flower shop by Rose Hills. The prices are way more reasonable than the onsite floral shop at Rose Hills. They even open when other places aren't. Case in point--my family usually visits on New Year's Day and they were even open early. There is a large variety of bouquets at different price points to choose from, and most are of decent quality. Some of the flowers I'm not crazy about, like the daisies that are dyed various unnatural colors making them look cheap. True, you can get better flowers cheaper elsewhere, but it's hard to outdo the location. The staff is also super friendly. read more

John is the sandwich magician! I am in the area on Wednesdays and I get the special for that day which is the turkey bacon special and I add extra meat to it. I would never think that the sandwich shop here is as amazing as it is, everyone that has had a sandwich from here has always said "that shit is bomb!" When you look at the sandwich it looks like a regular deli style sandwich, but then you take your first bite and realize this is more than just a regular sandwich. The spreads that John uses are all made from scratch, and the spread combined with the bread separate this sandwich from all others. This is such a sweet little shop. Granted, it's primary business is to supply beautiful fresh flowers for customers who are visiting Rose Hills, they have a little antique gift shop inside. There is also a little deli that serves sandwiches and such and I wish I was hungry at the time. When I was looking around at the beautiful china, I saw a sweet kitty cat sleeping so that just made me smile. I also just love how the scent of flowers hits you when you walk in because it really does make your day. I will definitely be back soon with an appetite. read more

On our way up to Rose Hills, this is probably one of the better florists to stop by. They have a wide variety of bouquets to choose from at various prices. Their bouquets are also very vibrant in color and their inventory is always changing with the holidays, seasons, and special occasions. Although a little pricier than other florists, the extra dollar is worth it for a nice bouquet for a love one. This might be just me, but I like the fact that the florists are willing to cut the flowers for you and wrap it in newspaper. There is something about wrapping flowers in newspaper that makes it retro, classic, and special. read more
