The service was great. Unfortunately the price was not worth it. The lady asked what my budget was, I said $50 expecting some beautiful bouquet and after receiving the bouquet I am extremely disappointed. I should've stuck to supporting a vendor I would've gotten a lot more flowers and a better looking arrangement. I'm really bummed that $50 it got me 3 roses and these filler flowers.

I'm so glad I chose April Flowers to do a corsage and boutonniere for my sons prom! I'm new to the process and Veronica was so helpful. I didn't know what to expect, but I pulled up an image online of an orchid corsage (didn't want to go with roses as we wanted something different). Found this florist on Apple Maps and attempted to do an online same day delivery, due to it being so late in the afternoon the site would not accept so I decided to try my luck in calling and I got in touch with Mike. Mike made my same day delivery possible and not only did he make my day with that news but when the recipient received her beautiful "sweetest sunrise" bouquet she immediately reached out to me expressing how much she loved them. I will definitely be returning for future arrangements because the value of this service is undeniably priceless. Money well spent! Overall Outstanding customer service as soon as I walked onto the premises, I was greeted and welcomed immediately. For starters, Mike B. the Floor Associate was really professional and he knew his way around picking out a solid bouquet of flowers. He was also informative to disclose that their flowers actually are distributed out of the nation of Ecuador which I think is pretty unique. Almost forgot to mention the fact of how considerable the shop is when it comes to flowers in a vase. They'll even package the product in a box after filling up the vase with water, knowing that would ease the struggle of having a vase full of water and flowers while driving a vehicle. In conclusion, highly satisfied with my visit in the store would love to propose further transactions and business with their company. read more

Amazing customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was surprised by all the different options available. Not only does this place have flowers, but small gifts like chocolates, stuffed animals and balloons. Employee helped me create my own bouquet, took the time to explain the different prices and made sure to work with my budget. Called April Flowers 2 weeks before Valentines Day. I wanted a custom flower arrangement for my wife and wanted to see if they could accommodate. I was very specific with the flowers, design, and color scheme of the arrangement. The individual I spoke with mentioned they typically don't take custom orders on vday, but would accomodate. They had to look for and order specific flowers and colors for my request, in addition to all the craziness that vday brings. I even asked for a photo of the arrangement before they were sent out, and they accommodated that request. They did an amazing job from start to finish, very friendly customer service, open to ideas, willing, patient, and open to create something outside of the typical vday arrangements. The results were spot on to what I envisioned for my wife. They were able to get the flowers, colors, style, and even the brown paper and twine that I requested. On the Absolute busiest Flower day of the year April's Flowers Service was Simply Amazing. Mike to be exact, went out of his way to Serve his Customers. As many were in his Flower store to purchase Red Roses for their LVED one. I had a little last minute Emergency. My kid sister had ordered a large special cross for her Father in Laws funeral the morning after Valentine's day. As i went to pick it up from The Even Busiest Streets of the Flower District / Mart in DTLA. I didn't notice the Tacky & Poorly written sign condolences banner was poorly written and smeared. I stopped by here for the first time to get flowers for a friend who had a hard week. The woman working there attended me right away and asked what I was looking for so i gave her an idea and with that she made a beautiful bouquet that fit my budget ! While paying at the counter I was helped by a man who was showing me the cards they can put in the bouquet, and he even gave some suggestions as to what I can write write on the card, which is what I was struggling with so it was very helpful. They made sure the store was practicing clean guidelines for covid and were sanitizing pens as they were being used. So glad that this place is just around the corner but if it wasn't it would still be worth the drive. Owner of the shop was beyond amazing I was looking for some simple white flowers she made the right accommodations I purchased in bulk which was a little cheaper than purchasing an arrangement but a week later and the flowers are still doing amazing. You tell the staff what you need, and they bring the flowers out to you. The staff member who helped us was friendly and quick, which I really appreciated given the situation. However, once we got back and started working on arrangements, I was honestly disappointed. About a quarter of the white hydrangeas had noticeable browning and signs of rot. I had no choice but to cut around the damaged areas, which significantly reduced what I could use especially frustrating considering the cost. For reference, 50 hydrangeas (25 white, 25 blue) came out to $185, so I expected better quality control. Overall, the convenience and customer service were there, but the flower quality at least in my experience did not match the price. Oh and the hydrangeas started to wilt by the second day. *This was a last minute purchase as my online delivery order had a unforeseen delivery delay.

To my surprise Valyou Furniture refused to help stating that their warranty is only one year and my purchase was just two months outside the warranty period so they would not offer any support. A piece of furniture meant for daily use especially at this price point offering only a one year warranty raises serious questions. What does that say about the companys confidence in its own products. Very disappointing experience. Nice design but poor durability and disappointing customer service.

I'm not a weekly flower buying guy, so I can't comment on price - but these flowers really came in super nice. Maybe the best, freshest and among the best arranged ever. I am still, very impressed. We are on our 4th day, and they are still looking great. Still sending out the fragrance. the wife called and asked how to preserve the flowers, and they were still very nice and offered advice.
