My husband found this place by chance and I'm so happy he did. I'm on a strict diet for health reasons so I cannot have any fried foods. I cook every day because of that. Finding this place made me so happy so on the days I do not want to cook, I know I can have a good cooked meal not loaded with grease! The service is always fast, the food is always fresh, and the staff is always nice and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The salad is nice and fresh and the topping are as well. The rice is cooked perfect and very nice flavor. I love the fish! 10/10 would recommend!
The food is average, but the customer service is horrible!!!! I placed a to go order a few weeks ago. When I got home, about 30 minutes later, we sat down to eat and several things were not correct. I immediately called the restaurant. They asked if I would bring to food back to be remade. Knowing that would take another hour I told them I could not do that. They then offered to remake my food for me the next time I came it. They took information from me and I thought we were good. I understand mistakes happen and as long as you right the wrong I'm fine. So, I come back this evening only to be told they aren't going to do anything for me, basically it's my fault for not bringing the food back that day. At that point I was told by a man that they are busy so I should order or go ahead and leave. Just horrible.
This is a really good price point. As long as they keep their cost at a reasonable level this is my new go-to when I come to the near-by Walmart and AMC movie theater. Highly recommended the combo, which is basically a dollar extra for fries or I tried the salad. Plus you get a soft drink, which are tasty (see my photo for some excellent alternative ones in their dispensary). I tried the gyro, which is usually my go-to at a Greek restaurant. Ingredients were fresh and a quick delivery. The tzadziki sauce was a little light, but next time I'll ask for a bit more. The salad had a nice flavor with a vinegar based dressing. I ordered to go and they packaged it pretty well. Only negative comment is several online menus, including here in Yelp, indicate they have falafel. However they advised this is no longer available.
Calamari originally thought it was onion rings..lol, they are frozen but not bad at all. Cheese fries just your normal cheese fries, gizzards well seasoned, fried crispy and really good. Service not sure ordered and mother law picked it up. I can say it was fast 8/10 would recommend. I would go back. I will be trying something different

Delicious!!! We always order the beef and chicken shawarma! This time, fries were added to the sandwiches. Which was a nice surprise. The chicken and meats are seasoned perfectly. The shawarma sandwiches came with a light garlic sauce. Not too garlicky (if there's such a thing) so you can still communicate with people after eating. Or hopefully people avoid you if that's your need. Anyho, the restaurant is very clean! The husband and wife owners are very sweet and welcoming! I'm very happy we have a shawarma place in the area! My family's favorite's to go for shawarma.
Super great salad and very pleased at how tasteful and fresh it was. They always look out for me when I come in. This is really my favorite go to item..

This not quite hidden, hidden gem made it on my casual dining take out list. It's located off of new E. Bay Rd. and Gibsonton Dr. I didn't think much of this place with my first impression, but they do a good job with the food. The gyro meat is nice, smoky, and well seasoned. That garlic rosemary pita is on point. The food I had from them was surprisingly good, since I didn't know what to expect at first. I haven't tried any of the non-Greek food yet though. Probably never will, since I wouldn't be going here for that, but we'll see (maybe wings). The restaurant space is relatively basic and meant for a casual use. You order at the counter, find a seat, if applicable, and pick up your order when ready. It's walking/short driving distance from the movie theater behind it and Super Walmart across the street. I would consider this a decent stop for food before or after going to the movies.

Doesn't make me feel like I am missing out on anything good at lunch. Great quality. The owner is extremely friendly and I enjoy chatting with he when I go there. They also have awesome gyros and subs as well. I have always felt like little privately owned places are better than chains, and this place backs that opinion. Give it a try!
Great food and service! We had the Gyro Combo and Scallops and Shrimp Platter. The food was very tasty and fresh plus the portions were huge! My husband and I will definitely come back. It was late at night and the food was just as fresh! I will tell all my friends about this hidden gem!
Yum. Yum. Yummy. Walked into this restaurant after finishing a movie and was absolutely starving. We were greeted by a super friendly young teenage boy at the register. He smiled and talked to us the entire time we dined. He was an absolute peach I ordered a gyro with a combination of beef and chicken. I couldn't decide which one I wanted so the young fella suggested I get both. Man, he was spot on. Both the chicken and the beef were full of flavor and juicy. The tzatziki sauce was spot on. The French fries were underwhelming and needed some salt, if I'm being honest. All-in-all, I would definitely come back.
Located right next to I-75 in front of the Gibsonton AMC theater, Little Greek is my new go to spot for fresh food before I see a movie. It's tempting to snack on popcorn and candy during a movie, but I would rather have a substantial satisfying meal before or after. There are a few options for food in the area, and this is my favorite yet. Service is exceptional. The owner has a high standard for customer satisfaction. I ordered a gyro pita and side Greek salad to share with my wife and it was outstanding. When I eat their food I think "fresh ingredients." The gyro is stacked and is definitely a favorite of ours. Overall, this is a great choice for lunch and dinner. It is a clean quick service restaurant with high quality food. I am excited to return and try some other things on the menu. read more
The experience here was pleasant. The place is pretty standard for a restaurant like this. You come, you eat, you leave. Nothing extraordinary to make you linger for longer than that. The place is clean and well kept. The service was great. The man who took our order was friendly and helpful. He forgot to bring out our side of hummus and 3 falafel. To make up for it, he brought us a full hummus plate with like 8 falafel. That's how you earn loyalty! The food was very good. What you'd expect from a decent Mediterranean spot. Nothing extraordinary, but good flavor, and generous portions. I'll definitely eat here or order from them again! read more
Amazing Food!!! We get the chicken shawarma platter! With a side of hummus, veggies and pita! It takes a little time to get your food anywhere from 10-20 minutes but is well worth it!!! The service is great, and owners are very kind and hospitable!! Portions are large when we get this dish. Seating area is simple yet very clean! Definitely a great place to eat and a gem in Gibsonton! read more

My family randomly stopped at Rosemary Grill on our way home when we were looking for a quick bite. I walked in and was unsure of what to make of the place, but I am sure glad we went! This place is counter service but it had better service than many sit down restaurants. I got the traditional gyro combo, it tasted good, was a great price and came with rosemary fries and a drink. My mom got a good looking salad instead of the fries, while my brother got cheese fries. They have an option for everyone. read more

Ordered via Uber Eats. Food was AWFUL! Grape leaves tasted like they were from a can. Hummus was acidic and tasted like old lemons. Gyro Chicken was dry and hard. Gyro meat was dry with burnt pieces. Falafel was very dry too. Paid over $60 for this way below average food. 7-ELEVEN has better food! Called the restaurant to make it right. Gentleman said he made our food and it was not dry or burnt! WOW!!! Please save your money! read more

A very good chicken gyro with fries. The meat was well seasoned and it tasted great. The fries were a little over seasoned. The menu here was pretty extensive, so if you're into Mediterranean food, I'm sure you can find something here. read more

The food at Rosemary Grill is absolutely delicious. Their famous Greek salad is a 10/10 and you can choose whatever protein you want. My husband loves the traditional gyro platter. Honestly... whatever you get here is awesome. This restaurant is our go to when we're in town. The service of this family owned restaurant is so wonderful that we will be customers for life. read more

We stopped by while out in the area. It is a pretty open restaurant with basic decor. We ordered at the counter and had a little trouble with the ordering. We chose to sit outside and had to move the table out of the mulch to the sidewalk as it was too wobbly. The Greek salad was good but could not tell me if they made the potato salad in house so I passed. We also tried to order the Gyro meat with two sides and did not quite get that across. The food was good but not great. read more

Passing through town and thought I would give this place a try. I was absolutely blown away by the quality and amount of food I received..ordered the grouper platter ...didn't expect much for 15.99 but WOW!!!! Fresh,well prepared meal. I have passed by this spot many times and actually went in once yet decided not patronize. Well we decided to have our "Thursday Night" meetup at Rosemary Grill because it was close and the reviews were pretty good:) BINGO! It's a winner. We went 4/21/23 at 2pm so that we could avoid any lunch rush (we're retired). We must have picked right because there wasn't anyone else there. We ordered at the counter (I asked for extra tzatziki sauce) for my Gyro & husband got Gyro Salad, and we sat down. Our table was dirty, as were the tables around us. With literally NO ONE around you think they could take the time to clean tables? So I got napkins & water and I cleaned our table. They brought our order to the table & it looked good on arrival. My husband's dressing for the Gyro Salad was simply Italian dressing. My Gyro looked like it has ZERO sauce so my husband went to get "more" (remember I asked for extra in the first place). They questioned, when my husband asked, you mean you want more?! I did show my husband my gyro & he agreed there was no sauce on it (just to justify). Anyway, what he brought back was "Ranch Dressing" not tzatziki sauce. They never checked on us while we were there in that "non-busy" restaurant. The sandwich was good but no tzatziki sauce & only tomato & onion at the opening of the sandwich & meat was re-heated (dry). Salad was just ok. We won't go back. We thought we found a place closer to us than Acropolis (Greek Restaurant) but we'll be going back to Acropolis. read more
