I always have great experiences at this location. Today's experience solidifies my opinion…read more Allison helped my daughter out. She was very nice and professional. She ran through all the available discounts for the purchase. I did not even ask and she just automatically did it. We stop by every time we need our glasses adjusted. Sometimes there could be a wait, but every staff member was very efficient and professional. The eye dr is separate from the Lens Crafters store, but we always had no problem making appointments and seen by the dr. Highly recommend this location and the staff.

We were here for my eye exam which was covered under insurance. I have pre-booked the appointment,…read moreso the waiting time was hardly 15-20 minutes. Exam: Dr Mohit Kapoor and his assistant: first her assistant conducted a couple of tests through various machines and took some photos. she was helpful and knowledgeable; it was 5 min test. After that, we waited around 20 minutes and then Dr. Mohit called us and checked my eyes (those "read the letters" things) In the test conducted before, he showed the photo and gave the information on my eye healthiness (blood circulation, space gap, and all... ). Store: The store has a good collection of frames (Regulars, stylish, luxury), also they have associates who can assist you with your glasses/lens. Though I did not order a glass (yet) but assistants provided the necessary information if I go for a glass (lens), they let me know about the single/bifocal lens/ types of glass, prices, and all. Yup, there could be a waiting period, but it is the same everywhere.

No, no, no, NOPE. I have never ever in my life been this frustrated with an ophthalmologist and his…read moreoffice. It takes forever to get an appointment. Once you arrive, you have to wait forever to be seen by the doctor, then the doctor rushes through your appointment and makes decisions for you without any clear discussion of his findings. I had to wait long enough after they had put the numbing agent in my eyes that by the time he took my pressure and examined my eye with a lens I could feel discomfort with what he was doing - and then he talks to you like you're an idiot because he doesn't even realize that you're in discomfort, neither does he give you the time or space to complain. He placed punctal plugs in my eyes without my consent and I'm just furious about it. Prescribed eye drops that address eye pressure without warning of side effects (like the darkening of the iris) or discussing alternative medication (they exist, I know because all of my previous ophthalmologists discussed side effects and alternatives to this medication in the past). He didn't bother to show or discuss the results of a field of vision test that was performed more than a month ago. Said there was something about the look of my optic nerve but never addressed what or in what way it looked different despite me asking about it. This is not how a caring professional behaves. I left the office feeling disregarded, and rushed. The gentleman that helps you with eyeglasses is the one saving grace of that office. He's lovely, and patient and warm. Qualities that the rest of the staff that I interacted with lacks.
