As soon as you get to the register you see a sign that says this place is not a fast food restaurant and each bagel takes a minimum of 5-7 minutes to make. The parking can be a bit much as far as finding somewhere but it's such a nice area to walk. It's directly across from the beautiful atrium. The food is made fresh and the location is in a beautiful historic building. The food was fresh and hot and absolutely delicious!

The location I originally planned on visiting (closer to Whiskey Row in Louisville) literally closed a couple of days before I came into town. Not a big deal. I found this location and it was on the road and on the way of my drive to Indianapolis. When I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest person and was seated in a booth. My server came over and I apologize, but I forget the young lady's name - I think it was Chloe (or Zoey?) - but she was just so attentive and pleasant. I ordered the (brisket) sandwich and burgoo combo. It came out pretty quickly. The burgoo was a good 'stick to your ribs' type of dish and the sandwich was tasty. There are two types of BBQ sauce on the table to add to the sandwich depending on your preference. Really solid meal overall. A lot of food for a reasonable price too! I got a box for most of my sandwich so I can enjoy later that evening. The service style here is a full service sit down restaurant, but vibe is still pretty casual. Feels like one of those restaurants where you don't want to cook, but you want a delicious hot meal that won't break the bank. Although I was here by myself, this place looks like it would be great for groups and families as well.
