Compared to the massages in Thailand, this was like 75% Thai, 25% deep tissue, and it was fantastic. In Thailand, they don't use oil. Here, they did, and it was great. My body was stretched and beaten, and I feel like I just ran a marathon, in the best way possible. Anyway, the spa itself is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised. I've lived in this town for over three years and never thought to go in, but it's lovely! The staff is great too and the prices are very fair.

Nancy is the massage therapist and all the other ladies that work the other stations are quick and clean The attention they pay to the details on my nails is fabulous. She cut my nails too short and denied it, despite them being half their original length. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Sunny was defensive and unprofessional. The owner eventually took over and was even more unprofessional, raising her voice and telling me not to return if Hannah wasn't there. She then charged me for a full set of tips that I never received. I did a fill-in. When I asked why she overcharged me, she said that a fill-in and a new set of tips cost the same, which is a lie. She was nasty and derogatory with her words and started yelling at me when I tried to explain to her what I wanted. I also recorded everything they said in their language, and when translated, I realized the nasty things that they were saying. This is by far the worst nail spa I've ever been to on Long Island. I will NEVER go back. I've heard way too many people complain about how rude they are and the horrible work that they do. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

I got a pedicure and gel manicure, and they have a large swatch of colors that are part of their 'match' polishes- which means the gel polish for the manicure is the same exact color as the regular polish for your pedicure...so no more matching guess work! The colors include Opi and Essie as well as another brand which is the match system I just described. I'm writing this post a month after my service, and my toes are still pained! My gel mani lasted just over two weeks, so it was a good job! I wash dishes every night, so I was impressed. Again, it wasn't busy when I was there, so I don't know if the service skews when they're busy, like so many other places, but the nail tech did a nice job! They have a ton of pedicure options. The cheapest is $25 and includes an apricot scrub and callus eliminator. I went for the 'ultimate pedicure' for $30 and that claimed to be stress relieving and other magical things, but I think I would save the $5 next time and just do the other one I mentioned. I included a picture here of their wall of pedicure options bc it's daunting to sit down and choose under pressure. They have a green tea pedi and a cinnamon honey one too- maybe another time. 4 stars because I wish it was a bit more relaxing- I brought a book to read while getting my pedicure, but I guess since they weren't busy, another tech came and started filing and buffing my nails while I was getting the pedi.
