I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately this place needs this review. I started coming here about 6 months ago and although it's not a 5 star salon, they were getting the job done well at the time. However, the upkeep of the salon and the quality of which my nails were being done started to dwindle. Also I was given a toe infection which thankfully was caught in time and Nasa helped repair my nails. From there the quality was just apparent to me as each set would chip within a week of being done. Id beware of this shop until they make some changes. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but i had to. This nail salon has the worst customer service in the market. I walked in wanting a manicure and pedicure. I asked to use the restroom and was told that it was out of service. I told the employee i would use the restroom and come back. Less than 2 minutes later i came back and was told they couldn't take my services. No explanation! This was at 5:40pm and they close at 7pm. So I got a full set of nails, gel polish and well they were cute, this lavender color with a heart on each ring finger. This was my first time coming here, the staff was very lovely and I was happy with them till they started to fall off two days later. I'm not sure if it was what I was doing that made them fall off but I wasn't even doing anything harsh on them, nothing my usual acrylic nails I've gotten before can't handle. I wish I could give this place a half star. Only Because I went during a time they weren't busy and they sat me down as soon as I got there. An older lady with short hair (faded in the back) did my pedicure. I won't be going back & I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wasn't satisfied with the way she left my heel & when I asked her to do it right, she got an attitude with me. Telling me she'll charge me $5 more to do it again. Worst Nail Salon ever! They caused me to get a toe nail infection and my finger nails were crooked.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! Went there today and got called disrespectful because my nails were crooked, the shape was inconsistent and was not the color i asked for so i asked her to fix them..ended up getting them soaked off by another lady and said she wouldn't do them agsin the right way. very unprofessional and wasn't the cleanest place either! read more

Got a gel manicure! It was amazing!!! I loved the service & staff was very nice and welcomeing definitely making this my nail spot!

I can't even comment on the service because after an hour of waiting I had to leave to pick up my daughter. I'm from Dallas so perhaps I'm used to bigger, more professional businesses that employ enough workers. I would think on a Friday night they would have enough people working to help everyone and not have to wait longer than fifteen minutes.... but I thought wrong! I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I am new to the area so I got referred here and I will never go back. The staff were extremely rude. They got upset with me when I decided not get a pedicure anymore (I had to go to church and i had been there for an hour and a half and I was told there was a 30 minute wait) they argued with me in front of all the customers and continued to argue with me as I was getting my nails painted and then had the audacity to laugh at me. They also kept saying how busy they were but there were only like 4 workers and 75% of the chairs were open on a Saturday, midday. If you don't mind being in a hostile environment, they did a decent job on my nails. I don't have any complaints on how my nails turned out, but it was not an experience I wanted before going on vacation. Customer service was pleasant and facility is clean. Overall quality of nails is average.

They always do a great job on my pedicures. In fact, I live in Forney and drive to Seagoville just for my pedicures because I have not been able to find a salon in Forney that does as good of a job as Rose Nails does. read more

Disappointed.. This unused to be the best nail salon in Seagoville. Amber is still great but the rest of the team I can't say much about. We went there last night, @ 5:30p we asked how long the wait is and was told 5min. I was getting a pedicure, my mom needed a manicure. They sat me in the pedi chair and then proceeded to work on someone else who walked in after us. I say at the pedi chair without water for over 30min. I then just got up. My mom sat at someone's station waiting as well, she was in need of more service than I did she proceeded to wait 15min more. No one apologized for the wait or said a word to either one of us .. Love this place! It's clean, the staff is friendly and they also do great waxing. I have never had any problems with getting fungus or infections from the pedi's, so I'm happy. read more

I LOVE this salon!!! This is my go to for an eyebrow wax i have recently moved and finding another place to do my eyebrows is hard! So when i am in town i make sure to swing by and get them done by Hannah. Hannah is really sweet and so is all of the other staff! I also have had a manicure, pedicure, a full set, and a gel manicure and they always do a great job! The salon is very well maintained and clean and i definitely recommend them! :) read more

I give this place a solid zero for customer service. We walked in and it was busy so we asked how long the wait was, and got a very attitudinal 1 hour. If we are paying you $30 for your service per person (3 of us), you should at least be more courteous. Will never go back. You're not doing us a favor by telling us it's an hour wait. I recommend going to the front at Nail Express before hitting up this miserable place. Well kept, clean shop, which I loved. We arrived early on a Sunday so wait time wasn't too bad. Took a friend here for the 1st time for a pedi. Hanna was pleasant and made small talk as she worked. I always get good service at Rose Nails, although sometimes the wait is very long and I wish they had more seating in the waiting area. The quality of service is slightly above other "strip shopping center" salons and the staff is friendly and remembers each customers name and preferences. It's my go-to salon. read more
