If I could give lower review as possible I would! My wife's first time going to and was accused of not paying on her previous nail job. Now this was my wife's first time ever going and she was so upset and disappointed how she was treated, then when she said go check your cameras you have in here and show me where you say I been in here, she said she can show bank statements of her usual location she goes to then the worker said well it was your daughter, now story changes and lucky my daughter showed up to pick up my wife and had her get off and tell them look does this look like the person your saying. So the review on here are old and not good but I enjoyed this place on Sunday 11/24/2019. I got a gel manicure and it was more than perfect! Service was amazing and very sweet! Place was soo clean and techs were so nice and welcoming! Definitely making this my nail place! I loved it!! read more

I thought i would try this place since it was where i live. This place is horrible. They gave 2 different prices when i came in. But i figured i would give them a shot. The place was empty when i arrived and i had a bad feeling. I paid for a manicure and gel. This isnt my first manicure and the manicurists was rushing to get me done. The first coat hadnt dried and she was rushing to put on the second coat and the gel stuck to the brush as she put on the next coat. After i went to the the cash register and handed her my credit card i noticed layers or cracks in between layers where the gel was not placed evenly. I learned my lesson and will make the extra drive to Dallas where there are better reviews. I told the manicurists that my nails had gaps and she tried fixing them at the counter instead of bringing me back to the chair. Here are pics read more

I wish I could give this place -5 stars. To say the least I went in and they told me no price for anything, nails weren't even that long but charged extra for the nails I started crying because it was just awful and the man was cutting my skin with the electric thingy. I told him stop because they looked awful and he chooped them off. read more

Went into this Nail Salon and literally thought "OMG"! No customer service at ALL. I had never been in a nail salon that was so "rude"! The lady came out eating a "Corn on the cob"! I'm not joking. Unreal dirty!! Obviously I turned around and left. Will never go back!!! read more

If there was an option for half a star I would have chosen it. The only reason the would even get that is because my eyebrows turned out pretty good. My nails on the other hand are horrible!!!! I asked for dip however I got acrylic or some variation of the two. When I brought it up I was told it was the dip but they do it differently because they know how to control the powder smh. I only went here because I was strapped for time and couldn't get to Garland to my normal nail place. I would also like to note that they charge more than any other place I have been. Terrible place. Extremely rude. Very dirty. They tried to do my moms pedicure in a dirty bowl then charged $3 for a plastic cover. I was in the chair waiting for my polish change and the guy had me get out of the chair, for a white customer, who didn't have an appointment, and then told me bye bye if I didn't like it. That seems to be the way nail spas are run in Seagoville. Just awful. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would!! First of all I went in to get A full set of the dip powder 2/8/2019. My impression was to soak off the Old set and start a fresh set. The guy who did my nails say that he could do a fill in instead. So I let the professionals do their job, how do I know? As he starts feeling in my nails, he then starts to file and shape them.. I knew then right here that there was going to be a disaster after seeing how wide my nail shape was. He then tells me to wash my hands after feeling and shaping them. Now when you are told to wash your hands, you are going to use soap as well right? Well after I used the soap and come back for him to finish my nails, they look ashy, as in there were white stains on the nails. I ask him is it supposed to look this way, he says no and asked me if I used soap soap. I told him yes. He got a little snappy with me and said that I was not supposed to use soap. How TF was I supposed to know not to use so?! So with that said, he had to start off fresh because the nails were messed up due to him calling him self filling in the dip powder without doing a fresh set. Moral of the story is, I paid $30 for a disaster. Never again will I ever in my life go back to this nail salon!! read more

First time here. Will not go back. They charge 23 for a spa pedicure but never massage your feet or legs. Just remove callouses and paint your nails. I've never encountered that. Wish I had read the reviews before going. read more

I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded. However, when I asked for this service they wouldn't do it even though they have a sign in the window. And it's not because they were busy. It was me and one other person in the salon. The real killer for this place though is the toe fungus I got from one pedicure at this nasty joint. read more

The staff is friendly but I hate to say that I will not be going back. Although I am *not* saying that I definitely got a toenail fungus from this place, I did get one for the first time in many years after getting a pedicure here, so I don't know if they gave it to me or it was a coincidence. read more

i went in to this nail shop on Feb 9, 2016 to get a manicure and pedicure. The technician used a liquid on the bottom of my feet that she told me was callus remover. She let the liquid run down on to the tops of my feet, where it badly burned the tops of both feet. My feet burned and ached so bad for several days that I could barely wear shoes. Both feet broke out into a rash, and the right foot especially developed scabs and sores. I took pictures and went back to the shop. The manager at first said that i did not get my feet done there. When I showed her my credit card receipt, then she said it was my fault because my skin was thin. Then she looked at my feet and the pictures and said it was all right because my feet were healing up. The manager and technician were jabbering in Vietnamese and English and made no sense. I left, promising to file a complaint with the Cosmetology board. read more

I've gone here several times for a pedicure and chose this place for the convenient location, not for pampering. As far as a pedicure experience: if they're busy but a chair is empty (even if the massage feature is broken), you'll be seated anyway and can sit there anywhere from 5-30+ minutes soaking your feet before someone starts working on you. When they're rushed, they do only a mediocre job. One gentleman did an awesome job one time taking care of an ingrown toenail but his work was not consistent and didn't meet expectations in later visits. I'm about 95% certain that they do not sanitize clippers, files, etc. between clients. Cleaning the foot spa between clients consists of rinsing it with water but that may be all that is required by the TDLR. Occasionally I'll get a manicure (no polish) during a pedicure but I stopped doing that after one visit where the manicurist was on her cell phone when she started my mani so she didn't verify my preferences. She filed my nails into a square (I prefer round) so when I got home I had to cut all my nails off down to nothing. The ambience is also not relaxing; there is a TV they keep turned up to supply the entertainment for the customers (and sometimes employees as they work). I've been there at times when programs showing on the TV are not for a general audience. Why I've gone here so many times, I don't know. But I am on the lookout for a new salon. read more
