I decided to give this salon a chance despite the mixed reviews because it's close to my home. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed the concerns others had shared. The salon itself is small and not particularly inviting, which makes good customer service even more important. Instead, I was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere that made me feel like an inconvenience simply for walking in. The lady was aggressively turning my head as well as going incredibly rough on my eyebrows. It felt pretty painful. When I got in my car I saw just how rough she had been. She had even taken chunks out of my skin and cut me where it's pretty noticeable. It felt like a punishment for going somewhere else. Then proceeded to tip herself and ask for a tip on top. Eyebrows are $10 and I paid for my sister and I. Should have been $20 but was $25 instead. Will not be going back. And I suggest you don't either.
