I waited a while to do this but…read morebasically last Tuesday on 01/08/2025 I thought to go get a pedicure everything was fine until she started cutting my toenails, she cut my cuticle really deep causing me to react and bleed.I told her that hurt and she kept going then proceeded to do a poor paint job. Long story short it's been a week and my cuticles on both big toes are still super inflamed and maybe infected. Even then they partially gave me my money back and profusely apologized but I still was unsatisfied so this is just for everyone thinking about going there I will now probably have ingrown toenails for a long time thanks to this place. When we arrived,…read moreI signed in on the tablet and specifically selected/signaled that we were there for a children's pedicure service. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became uncomfortable when the manager, Holly, told me that my daughter "wasn't a kid" because she was too tall. She then stated that kid pedicures were only for children 9 and under, which seemed like a completely random rule considering it was posted nowhere on the service menu, booking system, or anywhere in the salon that customers could clearly see beforehand. I also want to clarify that at no point did I scream at anyone. I firmly and respectfully asked her to show me where the alleged 9-year-old cutoff for kid services was posted, and she was unable to provide that information because it was not displayed anywhere. Additionally, despite mentioning it later in her response online, she never informed me in person about any student discount being available. My daughter is still very much a child, and the entire interaction felt unnecessary, dismissive, and honestly embarrassing in front of her. As a parent, I expect businesses to show kindness and professionalism, especially when interacting with children. Height does not determine whether someone is a child, and if there are age restrictions for services, they should be clearly communicated and displayed for customers ahead of time. While the salon itself may be nice, the customer service and approach we experienced left a negative impression. I hope this feedback encourages more professionalism, accountability, and clearer communication moving forward.

Horrible nails and service…read more While a majority of the staff was very kind, the tech who did my nails was incredibly rude. I requested corrections to the nail shape and bulkiness multiple times and was met with an eye roll and told it would be fixed later every time. When I asked for a specific nail's shape to be corrected I was flat out told no, but when I asked again the shape was half heartedly corrected while the tech told me it was my fault and that all the nails were even. (They were not.) The nail shape still did not match the corresponding nail on the other hand. The nail tech also used a curved nail tip, which if you didn't know makes the nail look like it's pointing up if you get almond since the tip of your nail will be right at the apex of the curve. I will not be returning.

From MY experience. I'm not given the royal treatment like my family. Sometimes the options can be overwhelming and takes me a while to decide. I don't like feeling rushed or pushed for something that I may not want. Then I feel nervous asking for anything, change my choice, an explanation of what kind of special I selected and what the difference is. The technicians can be easily irritated and that's not a welcoming nor a returning experience I want. I'm already stressing about paying and just want to make sure I like the choices since they're long term nails. I've paid for a treatment and received the bare minimum. No massages, no special scrubs or hot towels... when I asked they said I paid for the basic.... When it's the same thing I get when my family comes.. additional add ons can be charged if you want a shape or style, kind of bizarre. They pick and choose the timeframe they want. I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't like the bottom of my nails to be full of gunk nor the sides of my nails digging in.

As for the value, I paid basic pedicure price for a deluxe pedicure - stones, wax, extended massage, etc. The negatives were the regular polish selection. I think they had more gel polish options, but the regular polish is severely lacking. I was going in for a neon blue for my last summer pedi of the season, but there were no neons on the wall.

I just knew I was going to be given an excuse as to why I could not receive a pedicure, I was pleasantly surprised that did not happen.
