She recommended the lavender pedicure which comes with all the things, hot towel, hot stone, paraffin wax, scrub, massage, etc.. and then we added the an additional massage to the neck, back and arms.. my manicure was also great! We agreed on the length she cut them to and then she chopped the sides way down. As she filed they kept getting shorter and shorter. I told her twice they were two short. She ignored me. I then told her they were the shortest nails I've ever had. She did not care. At payment the manager asked how my experience was. I said I was ignored and the nails were much shorter than I had asked for. She said Oh and processed my payment. Never had to do a charge back in my life but will be for this. Also was charged for length lmao... She took almond literally. Looks like tiny nuts on my damn fingers.
