They didn't have anybody available to do it so asked us to come back. I made an appointment before leaving to come back at 1. I come back and while they were very kind to my daughter, I was pretty upset that they did her nails first and sat me 3 seats away because the seat next to the child's seat was occupied. With an appointment at least I expected to be done together. So now her nails are done and I'm just getting started. The tech doing my nails also seemed angry the whole time because I'm having to entertain my daughter and remind her constantly not to touch her nails. I also asked my tech to be careful with one nail because I have problems with it becoming ingrown, well instead she just didn't clean up any of the skin around my nails. Okay whatever.. but now my 5 year old is getting impatient and not listening because it's been an hour. Now a day later, the cherry on top is my gel polish is peeling off.

At checkout, my friend was charged $50 for what appeared to be the same fill without a design. I was charged $80 for the fill plus $20 for polka dots, bringing my total to $100. When I asked why I was paying the quoted full set price even though my nails had not been removed or replaced, I was told it was $80 because I got gel. I tried to explain the difference, but the staff continued to argue rather than clarify the charges. I left feeling overcharged and misled.
