Pricing is so high now, and it really doesn't match the quality you get anymore. I first started going to their original location in 2020 once lockdown was lifted, and back then they did amazing pedicures, paraffin, hot stone, long massages - all part of the "regular pedi" service. Now the regular pedi doesn't include anything like that, and the price has since gone up. A few weeks ago, I had a scheduled appointment. I got a call asking to come 20 minutes later because the nail tech was running late - ok, cool no problem. I showed up later. Was brought to the pedicure chair and started soaking my feet. It ended up being 45 mins past my original appointment time before the tech started on me. I was so irritated since I was sitting in lukewarm water for 25 minutes. I wish they had just told me up front that she was 45mins behind. I brought this up to management; they apologized and gave me a 20% off coupon. I was hesitant, but went back today. I made an appointment and went in; waited almost 20 minutes for my tech to start on the pedi - no communication that she was late, just me sitting in a tub of water again. Once she started on me, I felt that she was just rushing through. The price of over $100 for a gel mani/pedi should have much better service than this. I gave them another chance, and they failed - many other places in the area I can go to that will give me much better service. Edited to add - after my 2nd visit, management contacted me again - told me they double-checked the cameras and said she wasn't rushing, offered me 15% off next time. Told me to go to their other location because they are short-staffed at this one, and argued that their prices are the lowest around. Not a fan of this customer service and attempt to get me to stay - so many other places out there better than this place.

The nail tech was not friendly. She did ok with a white gel acrilic manicure, but it is white polish and she did it really thick - thicker than necessary in my opinion. It turned out fine. She did a diamond design and when I asked her to add one more diamond where there was a gap she didn't seem too happy. I was disappointed in the hand massage. It was literally 5-10 seconds per hand. That is the part of the manicure I look forward to, so that was a let down. It would've been better if they had skipped it all together. I might try this place out again because it isn't too far from my house. But if I have a similar mediocre experience again I will probably just go to my old salon in Holbrook.

I booked with her for 2pm and when I got there I waited over 15 mins and she wasn't in that day, they lied to me 2x first when I made the appointment then when I asked if they could take me earlier. They pressured me to sit with another artist and I did and my nails came out fine but If I booked with a specific artist they should have told me she wasn't in instead of lying and then pressuring me to stay. Overall won't be going back because I will never be able to know if I'm actually getting who I want to do my nails. They accepted far too many walk ins for the time slot with their staff on hand and pedicure stations ready. No apology or acknowledgement of the wait. I waited 30 minutes before I was invited to sit down in the chair. One of the nail techs started the water which was lukewarm. She increased the temps but an additional 30 minutes later of soaking obviously leads to the temperature dipping again. 1 hour after the "appointment" time they finally start the actual pedicure process. My companions are mostly done and moved onto the manicure station... Unfortunately the nail tech encountered a very PAINFUL ingrown toenail. I think she exacerbated it so afterwards I limped around for the rest of the day. The technique was also very sloppy. She globbed far too thick of coats for the big toes... I waited a sufficient amount of time where all of the other toes dried fine. Of course the big toes get dented. What a waste of money. One woman who was waiting around sighed in despair that she was so late for everything else in the rest of her day. Skip this place unless it's empty unless you have lots of free time to kill waiting around for 2+ hrs before your next event in the area.
