Just terrible. If I could give this place a negative amount of stars, I would. -5 stars. You're literally better off going to the dollar store and buying the press on nails they have there. Definitely better quality. My friend and I had appointments for 5:30 signed in AND told them what time we had appointments for and these jerks made sure to keep helping anyone that came in after us. My friend isn't one to stay quiet about something like this so she made sure to let them know we were still waiting and had been since 5:30. At one point, a girl with a 6:15 appointment came in around 6:30, walked right up to one of the nail techs who was busy working on a set of nails to let him know she was there and right after he finished on that set of nails, he began working on hers. Side note, there was another chick there since 4pm, they simply crossed her name off the list without calling her name (we definitely didn't hear them call her name. Ever.) and she only found out after getting up to look at the list again. She didn't get seen until 6:45, around the same time my friend blew up at the staff because of their treatment towards us. The nail tech handling the 6:15 appoint straight up lied to my friend and said she was a 5:30 appointment, and that's why he was helping her when we knew that was a damn lie. So my friend gets seen around 6:45, I don't get seen until 7pm, and that's after convincing one of the nail techs who was literally doing his damn best to ask everyone else there if they needed any sort of service. When the rest of the people sitting down informed him that they were just there to pick someone up, he was forced to go with me as a client. So I didn't get seen until almost 2 hours after my appointment and right when they closed. They made sure to do both mine and my friends nails horrible, asked for slim square oval and they gave us chunky wide tipped nails that weren't really square because they had no definite shape to them, complete with patchy polish and air holes. The dude also made sure to flood my cuticles in acrylic so my circles and nail beds tear of I so much as curl my finger, and he made sure to cut them up with each file and drill. Neither nail tech would let my friend and I wash our hands after they finished "filing" them, which a nail tech at another place informed us is a way to spite customers because it guarantees the polish doesn't settle nicely and looks clumpy with air holes because of all the acrylic dust still on the nail. Then they tried to charge us full price, about $40, for the ugly messes they left on our finger tips. When my friend stated that we weren't going to pay full price because of the horrible service and how he had lied about the girl with a 6:15 appointment (he straight up didn't deny it lmao), he said it was our fault for not letting them know about our appointment times (mind you we did, every single chance we got, at least 12 times) and then would only give us a $5 discount. We don't want to play the race card, but the girl before us and we are on the darker side, skin wise, out of all the customers that were there and the three of us were the only ones treated that way. Straight up, if we had a chance to get this place shut down, we'd take it. read more

I walked in yesterday hoping to get a manicure and a pedicure. They were very busy with lots of employees working, place was packed with people being worked on and people waiting and I signed in. Waited only about 15 minutes which wasn't too bad. The lady who worked on me *cant remember her name* was from table 8. She was very good at what she was doing and really took her time with everything she did like she really cared. I will say at one point when doing cuticle work on my toes she got me and I flinched and she realized she put a disinfectant on it multiple times. When it came to my finger I picked a very dark blue and she put black under layer so it came out super dark she talked about it first and did one finger to make sure I liked it and I really appreciated that. Yesterday I decided that I needed a pedicure. So I went to the nearest nail salon around me and came across Rose Nails. When I first walked in, I went to go write my name and as soon as I write a worker then try's to hurry me up, so I try to hurry. I sat down and right way they call me to sit in the chair. The lady that I got was rude and very hard to understand. She pulls out gel polish samples and I told her that I only wanted regular polish. And she goes on and points to the gel samples. She never tried to communicate with me just nodding and pointing. She did a sloppy job. My toes looked like my little sister did them. This was the worst manicure experience o have ever had! The stations were filthy! We I ask them to clear the station they moved me from one manicurist to a 2nd & then a 3rd. The 1st station was so dirty you could feel the grim & see the dirt build up on their mini fan. At the final station the manicurist used the same nail polish removal shot glass as the manicurist next to him. Horrible. Went in for a full set and for them just to paint my toe nails (NOT A FULL PEDI). Mother in law went in for a fil in and just her toes painted as well. Waited for about 30-45 mins The lady caught an attitude when she started the water and stuff AFTER I TOLD HER I JUST WANTED MY TOES PAINTED. Waited forever to get my full set just for all of my nails to be uneven. Not to mention not even the correct length I asked for. Asked for the coffin shape didn't even get that. Uses too much glue! You can also tell when you remove the nails the acrylic seems cheap.. When my mother in-law got her fill in she told the lady she wanted them a certain way and didn't even do that instead she did what she wanted to do. I walked in yesterday during my lunch break. I needed an acrylic fill. I was instantly greeted and told to sign in, as I began to sign my name some woman said that she can help me. I went and sat down with her, she was in such a rush I could barely look at the gel colors. She she was jerking my hand, as if she was mad or something. She had an appointment walk in, instantly filled my acrylic and told me to go sit at another seat and she would finish when she was done with her appointment. She hurried to get her appointment in and out because her appointment was also there on her lunch break and had to return to work. Some other lady called my name because I had signed it on the sign in sheet, but the lady that was helping me originally told her not to finish my set that she was going to finish me once she was done. Meanwhile I had to be back at work soon. The gentleman that worked there & that I sat next to told me that he was almost done with his client and that he would help me once he was done. I believe his name was Brandon, he did a really good job and got me in and out so that I could go back to work. I would never recommend this place to anyone, the service is terrible. If you get anyone else, they rush and will blame any mistake they make on you "moving". Worst experience at Rose Nails, seriously. I had a set of nails already and I went in all happy trying to get a fill and cut down but the guy filled them down sooo weird and me trying to find a way that will benefit both of us told him a way he could cut the nail shorter cause "work" needs me to have them shorter he throws the nail clipper and says cut them how short you want. At that moment I get soooo upset I feel like crying and just said take them off please and after wards he asked me if I wanted a color on my nails and I just said no and still payed and walked away.
