Another couple came in and sat at the table in front of us and had menus and coffee within 2 minutes. There is an attached store where you can buy assorts of baked goods, take away broasted chicken, and textiles. I tried a pie but I couldn't finish it as I was full! For me the service wasn't the best, I have been twice and the first visit we were told the regular plate only has two pieces of chicken the second time we had 3 as per the menu. It felt when communicating with staff they didn't want deal with us. There were people who were seated after us but were served before us. The atmosphere is relaxed, quiet, there can be a wait as this place is popular.

Crispy Smoked Bacon: Okay this one was maybe not as well priced as you only get three pieces of bacon, but it was tasty and I didn't have any regrets. Thin cut, wide, fatty slices. Maple Breakfast Sausage: No complaints, nothing too special, so it was a little pricey at three sausages. Better of course dipped in maple syrup! Bruce Blend Tea: This was quality black tea, but also just okay for me personally. I appreciate that they tell you how long the tea should be steeped and give you a timer for it. Apricot Tea: I liked this a lot on its own, but I liked it even more with some maple syrup, which made it taste like peach rings. Lychee Tea: This was nice and also I liked it better with a little maple syrup. Fabulous service. On weekends you get hot towels, which I thought was kind of funny.
