Here we are 70 days and multiple emails to the company later and I keep getting the same delay response. Occasionally they've stated my item will be shipped out soon. Examples: July 7th: "Please allow a couple more days before your order gets shipped." July 29th: "Upon checking, your order is currently worked by our production staff to be fulfilled which should be shipped out in a week or two." Aug. 23rd: "I have reached out to our fulfillment staff to check on the status of your order and to be shipped as soon as possible." They've refused a refund and the item I ordered is no longer even available on their website. They also stated they were "making" my order when the item I ordered stated it was a New Era branded hat organizer so apparently they're manufacturing items and putting other companies logos on them. I could have set fire to my money and gotten the same result: nothing. The only thing I'm happy about is that I didn't buy anything else from them or spend any more money. I'll be reporting them to the BBB as well.
