They worked around my schedule on short notice to find what would work for me, which I was honestly amazed by. He's the kindest, funniest, and most skillful dentist! And did I mention he is the most honest dentist! He will never try to sell you something that is not in your best interest. I asked him for more work and he could have easily said yes (and did it like my previous dentists did) but he suggested I don't do as the cosmetic work I inquired about would ultimately be harmful and require more costly repairs/upkeep down the road. He said my teeth are healthy and fine so why mess that up! Also, it definitely helps that everyone is so nice and well spoken. There is limited parking but its Shoppes of Legacy so if you know, you know... it is a common issue but there are parking garages in the complex. Coming into the office, the waiting area was small (and a bit dirty/disorganized, maybe too much stuff for a small area?) but didn't have to wait long so that was a huge plus! Started with the usual 360 x-ray of the mouth and then was escorted to another room for the cleaning procedure. During the cleaning procedure, the dental hygienist was extremely friendly and explained everything throughly (even when I asked multiple times). They have a TV you can watch in front of you which is nice (TIP: maybe mount the TV on the ceiling so the patients can watch it while procedures are ongoing? I had this feature in my last dentist office and loved it, definitely made it stand out from the others). Dr. Nalla was up next and quickly read through my charts providing an overview of what I was seeing. She was clear, concise, and didn't try to find excuses/path to make money off of un necessary things. Checking out of the place, I got a goodie bag with travel sized floss, tooth brush, and tooth paste.
