After four years as a patient, I will never come back…read more Patrick is the only reason this review isn't entirely negative. He has always been kind, professional, and excellent at his job. I came in with a loose front crown causing pain. What should have been a straightforward cleaning and consultation turned into a nearly two-hour waste of time. I was left waiting repeatedly, moved between rooms with little communication, and saw a dentist who never introduced himself, seemed annoyed to be there, promised he would return after my cleaning, and never came back. The most frustrating part of the entire experience was the front desk employee who came in afterward. Despite the fact that I had already spent considerable time discussing my situation with both the hygienist and dentist, she spoke to me as if none of those conversations had happened. She insisted on explaining my own treatment plan back to me, gave me incorrect information about insurance coverage, and immediately began pushing me to schedule new crowns. When I explained that I was simply waiting for the dentist to return as promised so he could assess the tooth that was actually causing me pain, she informed me that wasn't possible because he was now in surgery. I then asked if I could see another dentist. Her response was that he was the only dentist available. That answer was honestly shocking considering there are multiple dentists listed by the practice and I've personally seen several different dentists there over the years. Apparently after wasting nearly two hours of my time, my only option was to come back in a week to see the same dentist who had already failed to return when promised. What made it worse was that after all of this, she immediately asked if I wanted to go ahead and book that appointment. I actually laughed because I thought she was joking. I left, sat in my car, called another dental office, and was seen an hour later. The difference was night and day. Professional staff, clear communication, transparent pricing, and a dentist who actually took the time to sit down and speak with me. I ended up moving forward with treatment there because I trusted them. This office has gone downhill. Patients are treated like inconveniences, communication is poor, and promises made in the exam room don't seem to matter. I won't be returning.

Today I refused to give into the astonishing pressure the Dentist tried putting on me. I told them I just wanted my usual biannual cleaning and that I would take responsibility if something was wrong. They asked me to sign an acknowledgement stating the fact that I refused the X-rays, which I did....15 minutes later the dental hygienist comes in putting inappropriate pressure on me once again. She was basically in fake tears stating she didn't feel comfortable cleaning my teeth without the blast of radiation. Forcing patients to undergo regular X-rays, regardless of any obvious dental issues, is not only harmful, but goes against the standards set by the American Dental Association. This place has lost all credibility and I will never be back. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plaque on your teeth!

The entry is very nice with modern white couches and TV so the wait didn't seem long. I came in because I had a crown from 10+ years ago fall out and wanted to compare doctors. I went to another dentist and my first visit with them I had zero cavities or issues but only 6 months later when I went back in I mysteriously had 9 million things to fix with outrageous prices. I wanted a second opinion so I came to FLOSS. Dr. Rob was super helpful and explained every part of the exam to me in detail then showed me the trouble areas. He told me what was important to get taken care of right away and what could wait if needed. The woman in charge of billing was super nice and showed me the break down of what it would cost out of pocket and what my insurance would cover. They were able to do the procedures I needed same day and I don't know if I'm just older and it hurts less but let me tell you the pain was extremely minimal. A little bit of pressure and sensitivity but otherwise it was a walk in the park compared to what I remembered as a child. I started at 10:20 and walked out by 2pm with very minimal waiting. I highly recommend all of the staff at FLOSS and I will be referring my friends.

The awesome part is that if you're a new patient, you get a free Zoom whitening. Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming. Never are they condescending or judgmental - that's just not how they roll. My second and third visits were for a root canal. As expected, I was pretty terrified. It wasn't bad at all. Seriously. It was easy. And, better yet, Dr. Boothe and her team are so skilled that I had virtually no pain after. Most importantly, Floss takes most dental insurance and is really good about helping with payment plans and discounts. I can't recommend them more highly. Thanks to them, my fear of dentists has been entirely eliminated.

We did X-rays as well as a really cool 3D scan of my teeth, and Dr. Ami was so thorough and gave me multiple options without making me feel pressured. The pricing is also fantastic. Traemeika did my cleaning and she was AMAZING! It was probably the quickest, easiest, most pain-free and thorough cleaning I've ever had. She was so sweet, and we even put on some music while she worked, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back for my cleaning in the next six months. I cannot recommend Dr. Wallace and his team highly enough…read more I've now had two oral surgeries with Dr. Wallace, and after both experiences I can say with complete confidence that he is one of the most compassionate, skilled, and genuinely caring physicians I've ever had the privilege of seeing. My first experience with him was when I was in excruciating dental pain and desperately needed an appointment. I was honestly starting to have those "tie a string around the tooth and slam the door" thoughts because the pain was so unbearable. Despite his busy schedule, he saw me immediately and had me scheduled for surgery that same week. I have significant dental anxiety, an extensive dental history, and a true dental phobia after previous negative experiences. Somehow, Dr. Wallace recognized how anxious I was without me having to say much. He took the time to answer every question, addressed every concern I had, and never once made me feel rushed. His calm, reassuring demeanor completely changed what I expected to be a terrifying experience. The day of surgery couldn't have gone more smoothly. His surgical staff was exceptional--kind, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring from start to finish. Later that evening, Dr. Wallace personally texted me to check on how I was doing. He was also quick to respond when I had questions after surgery, even later in the evening, and I was genuinely touched when I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers wishing me a speedy recovery. Those gestures may seem small, but they spoke volumes about the kind of physician he is. Unfortunately, a few days ago I found myself back in his office after breaking another tooth completely at the gum line while eating pizza. I was once again in excruciating pain and assumed I'd have to wait days to be seen. Instead, he squeezed me into his already packed schedule the very next day. Just like the first time, everything was outstanding. The surgery went smoothly, the staff was wonderful, and Dr. Wallace once again personally checked on me after the procedure. That level of care is incredibly rare these days. Beyond being an outstanding oral surgeon, Dr. Wallace is simply an exceptional human being. He has a calming presence, a wonderful sense of humor, and a way of making an experience that most people dread feel so much less intimidating. For someone with dental anxiety, that means more than I can put into words. I've had an extensive dental journey over the years--at one point alone I had 54 dental appointments in a single year with various providers. Because of that, I have a pretty good basis for comparison when I say that Dr. Wallace truly stands out. His technical skill is excellent, but what makes him exceptional is the compassion, empathy, and genuine concern he shows every patient. If you're looking for an oral surgeon who is not only highly skilled but also treats you with kindness, respect, and humanity, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Dr. Wallace. I'm incredibly grateful I found him.
