This Rosati's is alway a dependable choice. This location is fine in or carry out, they have a very nice dining room with a full bar. An expansive menu goes way beyond the regular Rosati's carry out menu. Lots of pasta choices and more. Food and service are always very good. read more

Hmmmm... We ordered 2 take-out Italian Beef sandwiches, which were *ok* (not great), but they ONLY COME WITH FRIES IF YOU'RE DINING IN! Otherwise, it's another $4 for fries, in addition to the sandwich price of $11 (so $22 for 2 sammies + $4 for fries - $26!) . Wth?! I've never ever seen this anywhere else. And, suffice to say, we won't be patronizing Rosati's again. read more

After a very poor dining experience earlier in the evening I walked in to Rosati's and was greeted promptly by Gina and she help me find a seat that I preferred. I sat down and was relaxed with my decision Explained to Gina what I just went through prior to walking into Rosati's and she assured me that I made the right decision coming in I ordered the exact same thing that I ordered prior at the other pizza place This time the pizza looked like a master piece of a pizza. Beautiful to the eyes, that made me just sit back and take in the beauty ( took pictures and sent it out to two people ) Finally broke up the master piece because I had to make sure that it tasted as good as it looked. Every time we go to the Rosati's in Woodstock, IL we are not disappointed. The employees behind the counter always welcome us into the restaurant with a friendly hello and then they direct us to the hostess stand when we say "hello, we would like to eat dinner here". As we approach the hostess stand we are always quickly greeted by another friendly employee. They take us to a nice booth as we requested but, other customers may choose to sit in the nice bar area. The waitresses are all so nice and they give us excellent service. The restaurant's ambiance is very nice, clean and relaxing. The food is excellent. We always get stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and they are always very delicious. We love the Chicago Deep Dish pizza and we also love the Thin Crust pizza too. We never feel rushed while enjoying our dinner. As we are leaving the employees behind the counter always say "goodbye and thank you" to us. I definitely recommend Rosati's in Woodstock, Illinois their whole team is doing everything right. read more

Very poor management here at this location. My first time coming to Woodstock Rosatis I saw employees getting yelled at during my dinner with my family. Do not recommend eating here if you care about employees being treated with respect. When I brought it up to the manager he ignored me completely and proceeded to walk off. I've never been so shocked in my life. Use to be a nice, local Italian joint. Now it's just another mediocre, high priced joke. 1 lasagna, they say serves 1-3 people; barely feeds 1 person. Price: $18! Ordered 2 lasagnas, chicken parmigiana, 1 side of fries; over $70! And to add insult to injury, I mentioned in the notes section of the app AND clicked on "leave food at front door" option and the delivery guy, same one each time, rings the bell and hands me your food. I was just discharged from the hospital, not feeling good and wanted myself, the driver and folks at the restaurant he was returning to to be safe. Nope. I'll just order from Pizza Hut next time for better delivery, prices and food. read more

Once you get bored of the Woodstock Square, you come here. Rosati's is probably the best casual dining restaurant in Woodstock. You can be any age and eat here; but I would consider this a great meet up space for dates or groups of young people looking to have drinks and hang out. I was here twice. Once I was picking up pizza; and the second time I came here for lunch with my mom. The younger people who visit are rather good-looking individuals. Even the staff is good looking! The food here is not fancy, but it's excellent! Fantastic pizza set aside; the wings, calzones, chopped salad, and calamari have all met my expectations of food in this category. I love the flavor selections for the wings; and the uniquely light yet crunchy breading on the calamari. The chopped salad is amazing and I liked having several options for dressing. I must say the creamy garlic dressing was rather thick and almost like mayonnaise. I didn't use much of it on my salad, but I would have killed the entire side had we ordered fries while we were there. Like the chopped salad, the calzones are huge. I recommend you split both dishes. Calzones are better defined as fancy pizza pockets, sans tomato sauce. I like how that works, and that you get the sauce on the side. It's unusual to have a pizza place be so dressed up and trendy like a micro brewery, but it totally works for Woodstock. I'm sorry, but I have to make the assumption that most people living out that way aren't privy to Chicago fine dining. You'd think Rosati's would be a cesspool for families with loud screaming children. Thank goodness the bar happens to be a focal point of the dining area, no doubt whisking God-fearing parents away, along with their brats, to a place like McDonalds where they belong. First order we placed with them in 6 months. Paid online when we ordered. Even included a tip for the driver. Driver showed up and said not paid. Confirmed payment made via my bank interface. Showed the payment to the driver and they still insisted not paid. No interest in their own staff making a mistake. More interested in trying to rip off customers. Buyer beware. We called at 8:30 on Wednesday to order food to go as we were licking out everywhere as kitchens were closed. Rosatis website said they were open until 9. The girl that answered the phone took our order of chicken Marsala and chicken francese and then told us that they could not make that for us because the kitchen was closing soon and that took too long. We couldn't even order a pizza because kitchen closed "soon" and we didn't want mozzarella sticks or bruschetta. We were very disappointed that the kitchen was open for 30 more minutes but they would not make that for us. We knew Gina was working the bar so decided to reach out to her personally if they were done taking orders for the night as everywhere else we called was closed. She said they would make that as the kitchen is to take orders until close, no matter what the order was. She took our order for us and delivered it herself to us personally. Just recently started ordering from here, haven't dined in yet - but the seating area looks very nice! We have done both delivery and carry out and have been very happy everytime - pizza, hot wings and breadsticks are delicious! Update- (on a carry out order for a thin pizza) we ordered our usual pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños, this time however there was something in almost every bite that made it inedible - black,tiny, rock-like pieces. Not sure what it was but ruined that pizza for us :-/ On our next carryout order I mentioned it to the lady who was at the register, she didn't know what I was explaining and since I didn't call in when I experienced the issue she said they couldn't do anything about it - I asked to speak to the manager, she went back and talked to him and they gave us a $9 credit, not quite the $20 something we had spent on the pizza but it was something to help! They did say that if we ever experience it again to call right away... We definitely will - luckily we haven't had to since, our food has been AMAZING!!!!! read more

We have given this place too many chances. The food is really tasty but the service oh my!! This has to be the only restaurant I have EVER been to where you are not greeted at the door. Not only that when you ask at the take out counter is someone is seating folks in the restaurant she replies "I have no idea" Then to come and find out that the 1 server taking care of everyone is also the only person busing tables. This left him no time to come and check to see if we needed our drinks refilled. We order take-out almost weekly. Kinda pricey for what you get but some days I just do not feel like cooking. Last Friday night we placed an order to be picked up and got home to find the chicken fingers we ordered were smothered in sauce. This is a staple in our order and has never happened before. I called to let them know that we may have gotten someone else's order and I would need the regular chicken fingers since my kids would never eat the ones with sauce. Five minutes on the phone getting passed around from person to person so they could figure out what to do. They wanted me to bring the messed up chicken back so they could make a new one. But I would have to wait 15-20 minutes. Ummmmm..... In the meantime, the rest of my family's meal is getting cold. I have to drive back while it is slippery and snowing for their mistake. While I love the pizza at this place we received very bad service today with no accommodation even offered by the manager. We placed a delivery order and were told 1 hour. At 1 hour and 22 minutes, I called to check on it as it had not been delivered. I was told it just left. 40 min later I called sgain and was again told it just left. I spoke with the manager who proceeded to tell me she is training new people and they should not have told me 1 hour or that the pizza had left already. She apologized but offered no other comments other than she will review the phone calls to see who made the errors. I advised that doesn't help me as I won't have a pizza for 2 and a half hours now because she now confirmed the pizza just actually left. She then proceeded to tell me how difficult it was for her to field all these complaint calls due to the errors. Really...difficult for you, what about your customers!!!!! read more

Rude Customer service did not even attempt to assist. However a Delivery guy appeared about 10 minutes later, apologized for the treatment I received......He is the Shining Star of that location! We are really digging the new addition, although I think it's been a while but we just discovered it. Very nice bar to sit at and I can't wait to sit outside and enjoy drinks and delicious food. We love Gina the bartender, she is so nice and attentive. Had a little bit of sticker shock when ordering Moscow mules $9 for titos, the only other lower choice was Smirnoff. Food is average to better than average. This rating is for the absolutely horrible website and phone service in order to PLACE your order. They send you "rewards" that you cannot enter as well as flyers in the mail for which the codes are "invalid". I got news for you, if you are going to pay full menu price go to Lou's and get a superior Pizza. There seems to be more than one Website and format...can be very cumbersome to navigate and place and order. When you have finally had enough then you call and they tell you they can't find your address, you have delivered to me multiple times in the past! I use websites and mobile apps to shop and order things daily, you are in desperate need of an upgrade. Difficulty of ordering will push us to another Restaurant in the future. read more

My wife and I along with my brother-in-law meet and eat here every Thursday evening. They have the best extra thin crust pizza in town. Consistently very good. We love sitting at the bar to eat our meal and have the bartender Andrew take care of us. My wife and I recommend the Rosati salad that is very tasty before enjoying your pizza. Pizza's have improved and are much better! Great cheese now. he calzones are one of my favorites to order off the menu. The pasta is swell as well. With the restaurant they are really into serving good craft beers which is a fantastic if you ask me. read more

Can't go wrong with Rostatis pizza, but def enjoyed their chicken parmesan as well. Wouldn't suggest appetizer combo as it is very over priced.. the pizza is always hot and fresh when we order. I am newer to Woodstock, however very familiar to my families favorite pizza. Order from Woodstock Rosati's every since covid and had to start getting it delivered. I called to order it yesterday for my family and was informed they can no longer deliver to me since dine is open. Then asked the manager if he could at least deliver one more time due to our whole dinner revolved around this. They said no. I dont believe Ive ever written a review online but how sad is it that when I support a local business in Town during covid im a great customer when they need my money but now that dine in is open and everything back to normal im nobody.
